This lavish and luxurious hotel is a winner of the Villegiature Award 2007 in the category of "Best Hotel Interior Design in Europe". Conveniently located in the heart of Krakow, it offers a range of features such as a rooftop bar and grand designs in the fashionable interiors.

Guests will be staying in spacious, elegantly furnished and cosy accommodation which carefully preserves the ancient ambience of the original building. how helpful the staff were and the swimming pool

if we needed to get up during the night were not able to work out how to operate lights by the bed, so had to use a small torch to see.

The room was very well serviced - clean towels and sheets every day. Complementary toiletries,water and chocolates on daily.

Would like tea and coffee facilities in room.Staff were polite but not particularly friendly.

Magnificent interior design to guest rooms, public areas and fitness
centre. Fitness centre facilities excellent. Roof terrace bar with views
over main town square, and separate roof terrace restaurant were both
excellent features with very high quality products and service.

Our room was noisy at night due to air conditioning plant being located
directly above.

location, layout a really lovely hotel, pool, great food. We had a great weekend and really enjoyed ourselves however for the money and star rating of 5 I would expect a little better service but still had wonderful time

Upon arriving at the restaurent staff noticed us then didn't approach us we had to approach them and ask if it was ok to dine. We had booked a double room but were given a twin room. On check in we were given the wrong room number so went to the wrong room and couldn't get in. We weren't offered help with our luggage on arrival I would have expected more from a five star or at least an apology

the spa and wellness area was amazing; an amazing bed; very good breakfast

it was a little bit too noisy in the morning, as maids were hoovering from 8 am; a little bit dissapointing that we havent received any fresh fruits as we saw the maid bringing the fruits to other rooms next to ours

Great looking hotel, combination of medieval vaults and modern architecture....

Although rate was confirmed by Booking.com, they charged me 30% higher price for room.

Location was great, right off of the market square. Breakfast was great, very nice way to start the day, lots of options! Free internet use.

The closed facilities (fitness room and pool)- without advertisement of such. The staff could have been more friendly! On arrival the front desk did not even acknowledge our prescence until the doorman prompted him. They did not go out of their way to be friendly or helpful. Hotel restaurant- the wait staff was alright, not over the top at all! We only had one meal were the staff was attentive to us and our needs. Also the hotel restaurant was not non-smoking, they should have at least a non-smoking area when eating your meal. I expected so much more from a 5 star hotel and was very disappointed on many aspects of our stay.
