Design dell'hotel e degli arredi molo gradevoli. Gli ambienti dedicati alle saune, piscine, palestra e stanze relax molto belle, inoltre con orari molto estesi per l'utilizzo dei servizi. Personale disponibilissimo e cortese. La sintonizzazione dei canali televisivi non corrispondente a quanto segnalato nella guida, nella mia stanza avevo solo canali in lingua polacca. |

Rooms and bathrooms are well equipped, design is nice, window facing interior yard makes it a quiet place (especially as construction works were ongoing during our stay) Rooms are a bit dark, lighting not very good and two lamps broken. TV worked only from time to time (no sound). Water was cut twice due to construction works, we were warned only once in advance; it would have been nice to have some extra water bottles in the room for this situation (so that we could at least brush our teeth...) |

A truly unqiue boutique hotel in the heart of Krakow old town. Location couldn't be better, the roof terrace was perfect and the spa sublime. Some noise from the bar next door on Saturday night |

Location and design mixed with character. Lobby staff extremly helpful. Bar staff in roof area. Took far too long to get served and constantly ignored. This applied to all patrons not just us. |

The spa was lovely, the location was great too. The hotel is very elegant and is quite lovely. I booked a twin room 7 months ago and there wasn't one available once we got there. |

Silence, quality of the staff, quality of food at Restaurant. Nice welness center All which is linked with lights and AC is not simple to use for guests. Rooms wth view on cortyard are dark and lights and mirror in bathroom are not efficient. Quality and sevice of Tea does not match with % even 4 stars. Blackout in the bedroom is not enough efficient. |

Staff was superb, no questions. However the noixe level from the city kept us up at night, not recommendable. Hotel interior decoration was a bit to dark for my taste. lights in bathroom did not allow me to put on make-up. Breakfast buffett, while plentiful was set up in the smoking room. I did not see anyone smoking, nevertheless our table had a dirty ashtray on it. Also buffett was not streamlined and we had to wait twice for coffee. |

Servicen var utmärkt. Maten höll mycket hög klass. Rumet var mycket smakfull inrett. Totalt sett är det ett av de bästa hotell som jag bott på.Det var en glädje att tillbringa tre dagar på hotellet, kommer säkert tillbaka. |
