that they had free internet and wasnt too far from the centre or trainstation

The room was very different from the one they showed on the internet, it hadnt been cleaned for a very long time...dirty floor, dirty sheets, dirty curtains...the water pump in the bathroomm was even closed and had to open it myself to flush the toilet...

Very good value for money, clean and tidy, very good breakfast. Excellent location for city centre - 10-15 mins walk

The hotel is located in quite a good area, quiet but near city center and the main train station of the city (10 minutes going by taxi to train station, 15-20 minutes by taxi to Old Square and Stary Browar - the shopping mall). They have 24-hour reception which means we can check- in at late evening and we can order some drinks like tea, coffee,..etc even at mid night. They have 3 mini garden with a table and some chairs, those corners look quite nice, peaceful and good for relaxing

We stayed 8 days at this hotel and all 8 days we had exactly the same breakfast with bread, butter, cheese, szynka, kielbasa, (terrible) scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, milk, cornflakes (the cheap kind), cucumber, tomato, that's all. Nothing different in all those days. I even remember exactly the brand names of all those foods and they put them in exactly the same place everyday. Even if I closed my eyes, I still could grab exactly what I needed. Plus, the towels in bathroom looked like they were used for years. The edge of the towels were torn out pretty much

Private parking, 24-hours reception and a relaxed environment.

No AC in the rooms or in the hallways, only in the lobby. The sewerage system was not ok. When using the toilet the shower was slowly filled and when showering the shower cabin did not empty before a long time afterwood. Please check!

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff ; the quiet of the hotel with monitoring device and friendly guard. In a manageable walking distance to the old town centre.

Although not too far away from the old town, there is nothing attractive around the place where the hotel is located. You've got to go to town to see something pleasant. But this didn't matter for me personally.---

Good value for money.

The outside looks terrible, especially the back side where one thinks the ww2 just ended. The guy outside shovelling snow at 8 AM woke me up.

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca, do centrum około 20 minut. Sklep w pobliżu hotelu. Wydzielone pomieszczenie na palarnie. W pokoju panuje cisza, nie słychać hałasu z zewnątrz!

W pokoju brak suszarki do włosów (na życzenie można dostać w recepcji). Brak czajnika. Telewizor w miejscu, z którego nie da się oglądać (bardzo wysoko podwieszony).

Bardzo przyjemny I czysty pokój z łazienką, miła obsługa, smaczne jedzenie, bezpieczny parking, stosunkowo blisko centrum.

Jestem zadowolona z pobytu, jeszcze tam wrócę. Wygodny pokój i łózko, czysto.Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko PKS i PKP

Wyraźny zapach dymu tytoniowego przy przejściu do restauracji- (obok była usytuowana palarnia)
