the friendliness and efficiency of the staff, the comfort of the rooms and the facilities on offer, the proximity to a variety of places to see and things to do and most of all the jacuzzi!! absolutely nothing amiss with this hotel,thouroughly recommend it. |

The breakfeast and the kindness from the satff. Good swimming pool.Unfortunately we can not use it use because was completly full.The hotel has good location and in general is beautyfull. The hitter was broked the extra bed too, my son slept with us, but to be fear they don't charge us the extra bed due to this fact. The furniture was broked and the bed too hard. There is no comfort in the bedroom. At night was too noise in the corridors, drunk people was at the hotel making a big mass We know it is not the hotel fault but they need to take care about. |

Niewyszukana elegancja, kompetentna pomocna i sympatyczna obsługa, bardzo przyjazna atmosfera, dbałość o szczegóły np. eleganckie kosmetyki, książka w pokoju, przybory do szycia itp podgląd basenu w TV, szczególnie, że bez uprzedzania gości i nieco za chłodna woda w basenie |

Generalnie Hotelu nie polecam, byłem bardzo rozczarowany (znając Hotel w Poznaniu). Pokoje czyste i schludne, ale za to bardzo małe i do tego łóżka nie są zbyt wygodne, jednak najbardziej zirytował nas przykry zapach w Hotelu, który był odczuwalny na parterze, obsługa sprawiała wrażenie nie doświadczonej a do tego brak windy i bardzo ubogi bufet śniadaniowy psuje wrażenie o Hotelu***. |
