Very friendly staff Plumbing in bathroom: Toilet flushing mechanism didn’t work properly and failed towards the end of our stay. The shower-head was free to rotate when attached to the wall - therefore could only be used hand-held. |

Room was exelent. big, clean, with free tea/cofffe. Mutch better than expected from 2 stars hotel. would say 3 stars at least. "night" staff don't speak eanglish (or at least they prefer polish). near the rails: you can't leave window open (no problems with closed windows) |

Very clean and comfortable hotel with excellent location and value of money. Can somebody find better for a short buisness/tourist trip 4-5d ays? That the stuff could not give new towels that needed during the night time (and that because the cleaningstuff forgott to place new in the morning). But this is not any big problem, it happens. |

Access to transport for sightseeing. Tea/coffee in room which is often not found in European hotels. Chaotic buffet breakfast with shortage of crockery. |

the hotel is very centralized and very near to a tram stations and bus stations. You can be in 5 minutes in the center (at the central train station). The roooms are equipped with a Kettle and they left sugar, coffee and tea as a free gift, I liked that a lot. The Stuff are friendly There are only big towels that you use after bath but not small ones for hand and face. Also there is no refrigerator, but the food is very cheep in comparison to West Europe |

Everything was clean, the bed was comfotable and the handyman was particularly helpful even thou we didnt speak a common language! The receptionists were too miserable to work with the public and there were no english speaking TV channels. |

It is a very good hotel and I recommend it to demanding customers. It is very comfortable and clean, the rooms are spacious. The staff is friendly and has a good command of English. It is located in the very centre of the city. The BOOKING price much lower than directly at the hotel. There was no problem to park a car in the street next to the hotel and it seemed very safe. |

It was a great buy; great location. Friendly staff. Door cards did not work well, even with replacements we were stuck in the elevator more than once! |

The staff was courteous, multi-lingual and helpful. The hotel was on an extremely busy intersection yet my room was incredibly quiet. Bonus points for water coolers in the hallways meaning I didn't have to buy a bunch of bottled water. |

This is a clean, straightforward hotel for a place to lay your head. Don't expect the Ritz for this value but excellent location. |

Location of the Hotel is great - not far from biggest roads and shopping centers, if you are with a car of course. Hotel is located near the train station and railroad, so if you will decide to open a window you will be blown away with the sound. This is the only problem with this hotel, although its price is so good. |
