Fantastic location; great bedroom, bathroom and view; excellent reception staff. Good dinner (ate in one night plenty of other restaurants near by)

Bit disapapointed by the breakfasts - they need sparkling up. The cereals are dull and too little of the fruit is already prepared - and what there is is lacking in inventiveness. The management needs to look at this again as it is probably dull for Anglo-Saxon visitors. Good selection of cold meats, cheeses, salmon for continental Europeans. Cooked food is ok. I'd give the hotel 4 stars - it would have been 5 if breakfast had more sparkle.

Can't beat the location right on the old town square. The hotel manager came in to promptly address our room concerns and changed our room to a much, much better one after our first night. We were very pleased with his response.

Beware the "standard rooms" as they are nothing at all like the photos of rooms shown. For our 6 night stay, we were given a very small room with sloped ceilings, poor lighting, a plastic chair, and a double bed with a rock-hard mattress. It had a glass door that opened to a little balcony to step out onto that overlooked the main square that was great, but that didn't make up for the room itself. The desk attendants said they couldn't change our room, but they called the manager in the next day and he arranged for us to move to a very nice, large room with a king- size bed facing the rooftops in the rear of the building. We were very pleased with his effort and with the second quiet, charming room.

Location on main square with great view, boutique design, great staff, excellent cuisine.

The hotel was beautiful, we booked all out trips from the hotel, they were very helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel to people of all ages. It was great value for money and the beds were very comfortable The location was great. We spend no money what so ever on transport (except airport transfers) We are going back next year!

Tha staff were excellant, spoke very good English & helped arrange transport to the airport. We had a lovely big room overlooking the square. Breakfast was always layed out well & freshly prepared.

Hotel Wentzl is a fine hotel in a charming old building that has been very well renovated. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was large, well appointed and well maintained. The staff are friendly and professional and the cuisine is first rate. This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

Lovely, intimate hotel right on Krakow Main square. Our room had a view right across the entire square. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Great value for money. Krakow is a beautiful city with lots to offer. Excellent City Break. We would go back.

You won't find better located hotel in Krakow than Hotel Wentzl! It's right at The Main Market Square with a fantastic view at the Drapers' Hall and St. Mary's Basilica. Spacious and comfortable rooms with stylish antique décor. Free wi fi (which seems obvious nowadays yet some hotels still charge ridiculous money for that) and proper home cinema system with flat screen TV. Very friendly staff. There is no parking on site but you can park your car at a nearby car park and hotel staff is kind enough to drive off your car after check in and then bring it back when you need it.

First stay here and will certainley stay again when I re-visit Kracow. The hotel position and the hotel itself is superb I do not believe you will find better in this lovely city.

The location of the Hotel is perfect for someone who only has a few days to spend in Krakow. The staff of the hotel was incredibly helful and accomodating and I would recommend Hotel Wentzl to anyone looking for a comfortable and fairly priced hotel.

The staff were amazingly helpful with tours, taxis and everything else I needed. The location is amazing -- right on the square with a lot of excitement and great restaurants within eyeshot from the room window. Talk about a room with a view. The room was also soundproof for when I had enjoyed enough revelry. The WiFi worked well. The breakfast buffet was good. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Krakow -- which is a fabulous city!!

I would have liked to have a bath tub in the bathroom. The shower was fine but sometimes one likes to soak.

Breakfasts were excellent! The staff were all pleasant, but Patrick went out of his way to assist us with getting to the train station, making sure we had the right platform. All hotels should have a Patrick!! Loved our top floor room with a view.
