Staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. we stayed on the top floor and the room became extremely warm during the night, although the heating was off. |

Location was fabulous and although disappointed not to get room that we'd booked our room was very nice. Our initial reception wasn't great. The receptionist's manner was abrupt when informing us that we were not getting the room we'd booked. However, all other staff we met were polite and very helpful. Not impressed with breakfast-expensive for Krakow prices. |

Total luxury, world class, superb location, will definately be making a return visit. Only very minor criticism, but the dividing walls between rooms did not seem to be very soundproof - (honeymooners take note!). This would not put us off booking again, however. |

Everything..the only reason that i marked them down for cleanliness was because I found a couple of empty coffee sachets in the box..! It was a wonderful hotel, with excellent service. Nothing was a problem, they were very helpful. |

We stayed for 3 nights andfound every aspect of this hotel as excellent: location, staff, comfort, food and cleanliness. We have stayed in hotels throughout the world and relatively speaking this ranks as one to both remember abd recommend.I would have no hesitation in recommending it to any prospective traveller. |

The location was second to non. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much touble. The food was memorable, we intend to stay again. We noticed the air in room 43 was very dry in the mornings and had to leave the window open. |

The location is idyllic, most of the bedrooms overlook the main square. The historic building is tastefully furnished with a contemporary twist. Excellent breakfasts. All the staff were polite and helpful and made us very welcome. Thoroughly recommended. Would have appreciated more wardrobe/drawer space in the bedroom. |

Excellent location at the city square. Nice personnell and pretty large rooms. Nice with a free internet-connected computer. Food in restaurant ok but not good value for money. |

The staff were outstanding. 4 star hotel trying to give the service of a 5 and geting very close. I stay in many hotels and can usually think of a negative. The price was high but so was the service and overall standards so I won't even be critical of that. |

Every aspect of the hotel was simply superb. The attentive, knowledgeable,and extremely helpful attitude of the staff was simply excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the attitude was most welcoming. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone seeking excellence. |

The location,overlooking the square, beautiful view first thing in the morning,and even more beautiful in the evening when the spotlights pick out the various buildings Very disappointment by the fact that the Cloth-hall had scaffolding around most of it,perfect view except for this.I recognise this was no fault of the Hotel. |

The staff and the room were fantastic! Right on the main square. Tough to find if you're driving, get directions from them ahead of time. Their staff even parked by car in the car park and retrieved it for me when I checked out. Room was luxurious and modern. Had double windows so not too much noise from the square. |
