Hotel Wentzl

Hotel muy confortable, con una ubicación de lujo. La habitación resultaba espectacular, con techos altos de madera y una decoración muy cuidada. Desayuno excelente, con la mejor tarta de arándanos que haya probado nunca.

Algo caro en relación a los precios medios de Cracovia, especialmente el servicio de parking.

The location was second to non. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much touble. The food was memorable, we intend to stay again.

We noticed the air in room 43 was very dry in the mornings and had to leave the window open.

Perfect location at Market Square, decent furnishing, arts, history and style make Wentzl one of best hotels in my experience.

The staff were outstanding. 4 star hotel trying to give the service of a 5 and geting very close.

I stay in many hotels and can usually think of a negative. The price was high but so was the service and overall standards so I won't even be critical of that.

The hotel was lovely and the sevice was excellent.

The location,overlooking the square, beautiful view first thing in the morning,and even more beautiful in the evening when the spotlights pick out the various buildings

Very disappointment by the fact that the Cloth-hall had scaffolding around most of it,perfect view except for this.I recognise this was no fault of the Hotel.

Location!!! Right on the market square. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Facilities were luxurious. Food was excellent, indoors for breakfast and outdoors on the square for dinner. Room was so spacious with all the amenities we expect---too many to list.

Very smart hotel based on the square in the heart of Krakow - excellent views fantastic service and great choice of food - all the staff were extremely polite and well versed with what the area had to offer - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel offered history with a modern twist, all areas were clean and very well presented.

Ver clean well appointed room. We originally hada room at the back of the hotel which we were able tp changewithout difficulty, to allow us a wonderful view of the main square at the front. This may not be possible at all times and you did have to put up with the noise of the square. Not a problerm for us at Easter but may be slighly different in the summer months!

The hotel service is very good and they would do anything for the customer. The hotel rooms are very nice and have a great view.
