スタッフの対応、部屋（設備、景色）、朝食、全てに大満足です。また、併設のレストランの雰囲気（落ち着い- た感じ）、料理もとても良かったです。おすすめのホテルです。 特にありません。 |

立地条件は文句なし。部屋に居ながら古都の夜景を楽しむことができます。部屋の雰囲気も良く清潔ですが、音- の反響が大きいため、自室のトイレの音や隣部屋の音が気になりました。ホテルのスタッフの対応は丁寧です。- ホテルの中にあるレストランは雰囲気も味もおすすめです。私達はとてもカジュアルな服装でしたが、周りの雰- 囲気を見て後悔しました。少しお洒落をしていかれることをお薦めします。また、ホテル滞在者にはＷｅｎｔｚ- ｌが経営する他のレストランとカフェの利用の１０％割引特典がありました。 |

The location was second to non. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much touble. The food was memorable, we intend to stay again. We noticed the air in room 43 was very dry in the mornings and had to leave the window open. |

The location is idyllic, most of the bedrooms overlook the main square. The historic building is tastefully furnished with a contemporary twist. Excellent breakfasts. All the staff were polite and helpful and made us very welcome. Thoroughly recommended. Would have appreciated more wardrobe/drawer space in the bedroom. |

Excellent location at the city square. Nice personnell and pretty large rooms. Nice with a free internet-connected computer. Food in restaurant ok but not good value for money. |

The staff were outstanding. 4 star hotel trying to give the service of a 5 and geting very close. I stay in many hotels and can usually think of a negative. The price was high but so was the service and overall standards so I won't even be critical of that. |

Every aspect of the hotel was simply superb. The attentive, knowledgeable,and extremely helpful attitude of the staff was simply excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the attitude was most welcoming. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone seeking excellence. |

The location,overlooking the square, beautiful view first thing in the morning,and even more beautiful in the evening when the spotlights pick out the various buildings Very disappointment by the fact that the Cloth-hall had scaffolding around most of it,perfect view except for this.I recognise this was no fault of the Hotel. |

The staff and the room were fantastic! Right on the main square. Tough to find if you're driving, get directions from them ahead of time. Their staff even parked by car in the car park and retrieved it for me when I checked out. Room was luxurious and modern. Had double windows so not too much noise from the square. |

Location!!! Right on the market square. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Facilities were luxurious. Food was excellent, indoors for breakfast and outdoors on the square for dinner. Room was so spacious with all the amenities we expect---too many to list. |

Great rooms, polite and courteous staff. Watch out for rooms 42, 43, 44 as their showers leak water into the entire bathroom. On Saturday night the thump, thump, thump from a nearby disco kept me awake. |

Very smart hotel based on the square in the heart of Krakow - excellent views fantastic service and great choice of food - all the staff were extremely polite and well versed with what the area had to offer - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel offered history with a modern twist, all areas were clean and very well presented. No nothing |

It's a really great hotel. Our family all enjoyed it very much. It is 3 star hotel but it is worth of 5 stars. Even the hotel staff accompay us to show the way to parking place. Very nice view but the way to find the hotel by car was too difficult. |

Ver clean well appointed room. We originally hada room at the back of the hotel which we were able tp changewithout difficulty, to allow us a wonderful view of the main square at the front. This may not be possible at all times and you did have to put up with the noise of the square. Not a problerm for us at Easter but may be slighly different in the summer months! |
