De bediening was goed, presentatie van het hotel zelf was goed. Het eten in het restaurant was goed. De bedden waren veel te hard, een plaat hout met een matrasje is niet wat ik van een bed verwacht. De omgeving van het hotel is, direct buiten het parkeerterrein, het beste te omschrijven als een industrieterrein dat 30 jaar geleden is verlaten. |

Hotel zareklamowany przez znajomego. Dobre śniadanie, bardzo duży wybór na bufetach, miła obsługa szczególnie w barze hotelowym. Muszę pochwalić też kuchnię w restauracji, na prawdę świetne jedzenie i co ważne nie drogie. Ładne i bardzo czyste pokoje. |

Erittäin asiansa osaava henkilökunta, varsinkin receptionissa. Ravintolaan varattu iso illallistapahtuma, muut vieraat jäivät vähemmälle. |

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Kotimatkamme peruuntuessa saimme apua hotellin recepsunista, varaamalla toisen hotellin huoneen, koska Hotton hotellissa ei silloin ollut enää tilaa. Ympäristö ei hotelliin saavuttaessa ollut kovin houkutteleva. Ympärillä oli epämääräisen näköisiä rakennuksia.Suihku ei ole hyvä, koska suihkun letku puuttuu, ja erillistä pidee suihkua ei ole. |

Dobra kuchnia i funkcjonalne pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami, to atut hotelu. Obsługa miła. Dobra lokalizacja. Hotel ppolecam ludziom podrozującym w interesach. Mialam wrażanei ze nie ma personelu, czas oczekiwania na posiłki, trochę zadługi. |

Huone ja koko hotelli oli tyylikäs - yksi kauneimmista hotellihuoneista, jossa olen yöpynyt. Sängyt mukavan pehmeät, höyhentyynyt. Huoneessa oli jääkaappi, jota emme kylläkään tarvinneet. Finnlinesin terminaaliin oli matkaa vain muutama sata metriä. Henkilökunta puhui sujuvaa englantia ja englanninkielisen ruokalistan saimme pyytämättä. Oli helle, joten ilmastointi olisi ollut tarpeen. |

Erittäin siisti ja kaikki kovin uutta. Sijaintinsa puolesta loistava satamahotelli ja 10min kävelymatka isolle ostarille/kaupunkiin. Netti toimi hyvin ja oli nopea. Ainut pieni miinus: Aamupala olisi varmasti ollut todella upea jos henkilökunta olisi hoitanut hommansa. mm. kahvia piti odottaa 10min ja kun olimme syöneet tulivat vasta munakas ja lisää leipävaihtoehtoja. |

Mkt rent på rummet/badrummet. Supergod frukostbuffé. Trevlig, snabb personal. Helt ok avstånd in till City. Duschen var fastmonderad i väggen, dvs det fanns ingen dusch-lur som man kunde hålla i handen medan man duschade. Madrasserna något hårda, men för 3-4 nätter är det ok. Utsikten var inte den bästa, massa skrot som tillhörde hammen samt själva hotellet är lite, lite svårt att hitta då det ligger lite undangömt nära (i) hamnen. |
