The spa and fitness facilities were not available as the times indicated. I had to wait for up to an hour for someone to open the room to the fitness centre and for the staff to turn on the sauna. The reception staff were not as helpful as I would have expected. |

The staff were very efficient and attentive; the food was excellent - the service first class. This hotel is everything you want for a visit to Wroclaw - whether it be a business or a leisure trip. |

The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfrast was excellent and as we arrived at the tail end of service the waiters were very helpful in offering to get for us from the kitchen anything that we might be lacking (food that had already been brought back to the kitchen.) |

The room was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable and the scence from our bedroom window was lovely. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard when we left it. The recepcionist was going to charge us £140 a night, even though the website said £140 for both nights for one bedroom, for two people sharing. It was only that I had a printed copy of the booking.com's reservation or we would have been charged double the price!!! |
