Reception staff were polite but not helpful, lack of attention to details, bad room service, room and bathroom were too old and out of date, 4* hotel from outside with 3* facilities inside, very inconsistent services. Generally, not good value money. It is ok but not very good.

though staff were attentive they were surly and did not smile often. very upset that the reel of taped music included the last post which is played at military funerals, and as we had just had a close friend blown up in Afghanistan though it was inappropriate and disrespectful to our servicemen. Hotel reception area had good seating areas but it was freezing cold in reception area and bar area and needed coats to sit around in. food in bar was poor also. air conditioning in room wasnt very good and empty mini bar when we moved rooms because the fridge wasnt working.

Had a very pleasant stay for 4 days. Staff very helpful when asking with regards to Tourist Info on Wroclaw. Hotel had a nice friendly atmosphere. Room was very spacious and loved the mini bar and tea facility. Breakfast excellent. Great location for walking into town only 5 mins. Would recommend this hotel for city break.

Hotel has everything old: ferniture, tv-set, carpets. Room number very small (standart double), no balcony, window does not open. Ovful spa. Price is tooooo high: it was an event - boxing fight - but 1100 $per 2 nights - i think expensive.

Shower screen leaked so you were assured of a wet floor getting out of the bath. Black fungus on bath seal. Peanuts on floor next to bin and under bed on arrival, and were still there when we left two days later. Cups not washed and beverage container not topped up daily. Regarding the restaurant, I had to ask for bread to accompany the meal, service seemed to come across as an inconvenience. However the food was excellent

Well located for Wroclaw old town and nice views across the river towards the university. The room was a generous size and well presented. The staff spoke good English.
