Friendly staff, nice big room and good value for money.

Staff were not happy at all and made the stay awkward. Also reception staff were not at any point happy to help

We stayed here last year so we knew it is a good hotel.Our daughter was fencing in a major competition in Wroclaw, so the location was very good(she was staying elsewhere with the team) and was easy to get around.It is close to the city centre and a pleasant 10 minute walk back to the hotel after an evening meal.We would recommend this hotel-Helpful staff who spoke english,good sized room,decent shower and comfy bed.

Old bathroom, no wifi in rooms, all together not 4* level

Had a very pleasant stay for 4 days. Staff very helpful when asking with regards to Tourist Info on Wroclaw. Hotel had a nice friendly atmosphere. Room was very spacious and loved the mini bar and tea facility. Breakfast excellent. Great location for walking into town only 5 mins. Would recommend this hotel for city break.

Hotel has everything old: ferniture, tv-set, carpets. Room number very small (standart double), no balcony, window does not open. Ovful spa. Price is tooooo high: it was an event - boxing fight - but 1100 $per 2 nights - i think expensive.

Clean, new hotel.

There were no taxi's to be seen anywhere. I was running late and it's in an area where taxi's apparently do not go.

I stayed more often at this hotel and I was supprised to learn that the staff is very good instructed now and trained well. You realy have the feeling to be taken care as it should be at a 4 or 5 star hotel. Great super well done. Big difference with the past.

No complains at all about the staff. The management did a great job to here. If you want a comment to improve than it is on very little details of maintance of interieur, but this is a hard one to implement correctly in Poland, because it is simply not in the genes of Poland to nurse details. For Polish understanding it is more than okay, but some decorations as plants and wind shields should be better taken away, because the status is poor and this damage the total image. Small very small things.

Staff friendly and helpful,spacious room with very comfortable king size bed ,air conditioning and tea/coffee facility.Good breakfast with a great choice of hot and cold food.Great location,short walk to the old town.We really enjoyed our stay.

I liked the last minute price and location in the city centre.
