Working Internet at reception and in the room,fine breakfast, easy to find depite V.busy Lechicka street-traffic jam, complimentary 2 bottles of water, petrol station few meteres from hotel

I waited at lobby over one hour to get room after 11am, after 12pm I asked receptionist if they have any rooms available, lucky they had already; room was small, sheet on bed was not good size and didn't cover bed properly, fond blue wallpaper dirty and long blond hair in shower area, I didn't complain, left my laguage in the room and went directly to city to do my own bussines, parking cost is 30zl @8e per night

Breakfast and restaurant, free internet

Very small room and bathroom, if the hotel is full (and it's alwais full due to the low price) there are not enough parking places

It is quiet plce. Also I like breakfeast

If ion 24 of april I came very tired and hungry, after having my shower I went ownsairs to restaurant to get something to eat but I found just 1 waiter dealing with ifi remenber, 5 or 6 tables one of them it was a big table of more than 12 person. Anyway I ask the waiter table for 1 person he reply to me I have to wait for 20 min to get me table.i have no opportunity just go to old market because I don't know the area so cost me a lots money to get there and come back again to hotel.anyway I ask management to look very well to this situation specially recrutement more staff. Also if you providing a mini-bus night time free from th old market to hotel.

Customer service and water pressure in bathroom ...

Avoid avoid avoid !!! if you can pay a little bit more and stay somewhere closer to city center with international labels do it !!!!!!!!!!! hotel has super mini size rooms and bedrooms !!! crap decoration !!! extremely acoustic !!! smoking corridors !!! no attractive entertaining facilities !!!! far everywhere !!! (15 min walk to tramp station plus 25 min journey ) petrol station will be yours overview from the window !!!!

Great location for university campus and the shopping centre. Very reasonable price which included evening use of sauna. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Sounds petty but even though I booked a few nights I was only given one teabag and no spoon! I also have a strong suspicion that my hand towel was used to clean the bathroom and the cup. The toilet smelled faintly of urine but I hope it was just my imagination.

Sauna / swimming pool was closed all day. Only open from 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm.

Czystość w pokojach pod znakiem zapytania? nie odkurzane pod łóżkiem i za szafkami, a materace na łóżkach beznadziejne miękkkie jak na łóżku polowym, cena za pokój była adekwatna do jakości był basen isauna super.drogie opłaty za śniadanie i parking

Dobra obsługa, czystość, spokój.

Drobne usterki - brak światełka przy wejściu, brak światła przy lustrze, urwana rurka prysznica. Ale ogólnie wszystko dobrze, jakkolwiek przy poprzednim pobycie w pokoju była codziennie woda do picia, saszetki z kawą I herbatą, a obecnie tylko herbata I to dwie saszetki na dwie doby. Pewno kryzys!!!

Możliwość skorzystania z basenu I sauny,

Na korytarzu I w pokoju silny zapach dymu tytoniowego, brak ręcznika w pokoju I jakość dostarczonych - marna, uszkodzony prysznic w pokoju I cieknące prysznice w części z basenem, kiepsko działająca klimatyzacja - widzę degradację wyposażenia hotelowego I spadek jakości - porównując to z poprzednimi wizytami.

Umywalka w łazience jest kompromitacją. Jakość pokoju pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Na pewno już tam nie pojadę.
