Working Internet at reception and in the room,fine breakfast, easy to find depite V.busy Lechicka street-traffic jam, complimentary 2 bottles of water, petrol station few meteres from hotel

I waited at lobby over one hour to get room after 11am, after 12pm I asked receptionist if they have any rooms available, lucky they had already; room was small, sheet on bed was not good size and didn't cover bed properly, fond blue wallpaper dirty and long blond hair in shower area, I didn't complain, left my laguage in the room and went directly to city to do my own bussines, parking cost is 30zl @8e per night

The hotel was included spa, the brekfast was good, and clean hotel.

The mattress could be better

Location

Toilet leaked during the entire stay. Notified Receptionist. Still leaked. Nothing about the Hotel suggested that anything was cleaned, at least not on a regular basis. Needs to be gutted and new furnishings installed. Could not eat in the place.

Quality of the room and breakfast was good compared to the price.

Rather far from the city and the tram. The bus in front of the hotel does'nt sell tickets.

It is quiet plce. Also I like breakfeast

If ion 24 of april I came very tired and hungry, after having my shower I went ownsairs to restaurant to get something to eat but I found just 1 waiter dealing with ifi remenber, 5 or 6 tables one of them it was a big table of more than 12 person. Anyway I ask the waiter table for 1 person he reply to me I have to wait for 20 min to get me table.i have no opportunity just go to old market because I don't know the area so cost me a lots money to get there and come back again to hotel.anyway I ask management to look very well to this situation specially recrutement more staff. Also if you providing a mini-bus night time free from th old market to hotel.

Il silenzio e la quiete dell'albergo stesso. La disponibilità e gentilezza del personale.

La sauna e la piscina indicate non sono utilizzabili dalla clientela se non dalle 18.00 in poi la sauna e dalle 20.00 in poi la piscina. Manca frigo bar I n camera e non forniscono biglietti autobus vista la distanza dal centro. Mancano giornali nella hall.

łóżKa w standardzie obozu harcerskiego-polowe. Nie wymieniane ręczniki oraz nie sprzątany pokój w kolejnej dobie. Niedostateczne oświetlenie, uniemożliwiające przeczytanie nawet gazety na dobranoc. Niezgodny rodzaj pokoju z rezerwacją.Zamówiłam dla niepalących, otrzymałam dla palących. Brak reakcji personelu na prośbę naprawienia prysznica, który był uszkodzony I nadawał sie do wymiany. A na śniadanku śmierdzące wędliny. Jakoś przezyliśmy ale szczerze nie polecam. Hotel niewart 3 gwiazdek I jakiejkolwiek ceny. Pozdrawiam

Obsługa hotelu pomaga znaleźć miejsce dla samochodu, aby "wcisnąć się w jakąś szparę".

Problemy z parkowaniem samochodów. Przy większej frekwencji miejsc parkingowych będzie za mało.

Ciasne pokoje, brak możliwości otwierania okna, głośny system wentylacji, zaduch w pokojach

Mal servicio, habitación muy pequeña e incomoda.
