Near my destination point. Good staff.

lack of soap. shower gel was not enough for a second day. given the fact that the room was for two (I was alone), this is a big mistake.

Windows are not designed to be opened - this combined with broked air conditioning was very unfortunate. Additionally, during the last day there was no warm water in the tab but I guess this was not dependent form the hotel itself.

We have tried two rooms, both were strong smoke-filled. Bathroom smelt even worse as the room. In the first room one bed was additional and broken therefore one of us didn’t sleep. Towels were small and smelt of cigarette smoke too. Toilet in first room was not cleaned properly. In the second room both beds were additional, mattresses thin, the same bad smell. In the morning we felt like we have smoked package of cigarettes each. Our clothes had also this bad smell. The hotel does not fulfil 3 stars requirements. We have chosen this hotel as an interim place to overnight on the road forward and back. However it was to disgusting place even for such a short term. Mistake was that we have paid in advance for two nights. After the first night we’ve decided to cancel coming reservation and get money back because of clear reasons and complain however administrator didn’t have such powers to act and promised us to call back. Our next reservation was after couple of days. We have not received call from the staff.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. They even had a free pool and sauna to use in the evening! Very helpful and friendly personel!

Parking is quite expensive 30 zloty for a night... I only figured that out during the check out, that was a bit disapointing. The other problem is their locks, those cards which unlock the door did not work so you had to walk up and down to ask personel to let you in to your room.

Nice hotel, 10 mins from center.staff is very good and understands english

Internet is very slow, cant even use skype. No services/information for visitors about the city. Hotel called taxi for us and he took 92-zl from hotel to center(BIG Hijackers in the town be aware of them)

Unpleasant staff at the reception. Twice broken card to the room. Room open by charwoman - broken aircondition - warm enough. The third opening the door by receptionist unsuccessful. So the room was changed to another one. Looked better but impossible to control air conditioning in the room as in the bathroom (impossible open the window). Missing equipment typical for kind of these type of hotels like coffe and tea or shower shampoo.

Breakfast was excellent with big choice of food, kettle available in the room to make a tea. Hotel is located a bit far from city centre but with easy access to public transport – tram (20 minutes to city centre) or buses. Parking charge is 30 PLN per night. Hotel staff was polite and very helpful. Very good value for money.

No batteries in TV remote, very small swimming pool in fact suitable for maximum 4-5 persons at the same time.
