Quality System - Hotel Wrocław is situated within a 5-minute drive of Wrocław historic district. It features air conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and a computer. The staff were friendly and polite, the hotel was convenient for me as I visited Wroclaw for dental treatment at a dentist situated not 500 yards from there. The room prices were very good compared to other hotels in europe, all in all we were very pleased. There seemed to be a problem with the heating system,which I complained about. Everyone likes a warm room but we found it almost unbearably hot during the night. The staff told us that they were aware of the problem and were working to reduce the heating by a few degrees. The matresses were a little uncomfortable but I assume that they will be replaced as per normal in a future makeover. The bar shuts a little too early at 10 pm !!!!.

Windows are not designed to be opened - this combined with broked air conditioning was very unfortunate. Additionally, during the last day there was no warm water in the tab but I guess this was not dependent form the hotel itself.

Just the staff was friendly. The room was not so clean, the beds were not confortable, and the room was are too thin. You could hear other people talking while at sleep. It was very annoying.

Great hotel for a reasonable price. They even had a free pool and sauna to use in the evening! Very helpful and friendly personel! Parking is quite expensive 30 zloty for a night... I only figured that out during the check out, that was a bit disapointing. The other problem is their locks, those cards which unlock the door did not work so you had to walk up and down to ask personel to let you in to your room.

The beds in the hotel are very good, the matras is ideal for a good night sleep. There is secured parking but you have to pay for it. The room has windows that you can not open, so it is all by aircondition that you arrange temperature. For people who want internet in the room, this is also not the case, only a computer in the room that sometimes has internet. The swimming pool area is also only open from 18 till 22 and is very small. The service is poor.

Nice hotel, 10 mins from center.staff is very good and understands english Internet is very slow, cant even use skype. No services/information for visitors about the city. Hotel called taxi for us and he took 92-zl from hotel to center(BIG Hijackers in the town be aware of them)

Nice pool and sauna. The pool is only open for short time to the hotel residence as it is used by the public the rest of the time. We arrived late- were told the restaurant was open until 10 and room service until 10.30 pm but when we went to the restaurant at 9.35 it was shut and we were told room service was unavaliable.

Breakfast was excellent with big choice of food, kettle available in the room to make a tea. Hotel is located a bit far from city centre but with easy access to public transport – tram (20 minutes to city centre) or buses. Parking charge is 30 PLN per night. Hotel staff was polite and very helpful. Very good value for money. No batteries in TV remote, very small swimming pool in fact suitable for maximum 4-5 persons at the same time.

1.good located for the centre and for business trip at concrete company 1.vary bad internet acces (wifi only on reception in the mornig, afternoon no acces, in room only cable but no more cables when I arrived 2. very small room 3. arriving evening no parking place 4. breafast and parking non included in price
