The staff were extremely helpful with bus times and directions. The bar sevice was very good. The room was a bit small and it would have been nice to be able to open a window. |

friendly staff the location of the hotel is so confusing, the GPS cannot find it, so I called the hotel to ask for an address nearby. The matresess are nightmare, so thin like those belong to old military barracks. |

The hotel was conveniently situated for the clinic I attended, (The Clinic's website linked through to your website), they recommended your website and the Hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I recommend the restauraunt and the chef the food was good and well presented. Thank you. mjh It was awkward getting to the front entrance having, it seems, to go through the Garage/Car wash etc. If I had been staying longer perhaps I would have found a safer way. However I still enjoyed the stay. Thanks, mjh |

At the weekend the hotel was nice and quiet - January. Good to relax in pool. Free Internet in room - i.e. computer in room. Good value for money and rooms are spotless and modern. Mon-Fri it's used for more corporate meetings so very busy and lobby/bar too small to accomodate. Beds are too soft and walls very thin. Heard snoring from next door and constant hearing of doors closing! If a tourist - do not use this hotel, business purposes - yes. No room service either. Only 1 channel on TV that was English speaking - news. |

The staff were very nice and accomodating, food was excellent as was the service. Room was very comfortable The hotel in general was great, however they should review the lack of english channels on the tv. A large proportion of clients who attend the hotel are English. Either upgrade the TV service or provide DVD service would be sufficient. |

The food was good in the restaurant The hotel desribed its location as "minutes from the centre", a key reason for our booking, when in fact it was over 45 minutes walk, and about 15 minutes by tram. |

It was a little difficult to arrive to parking of the hotel. The big problem was to buy bus tickets. One of the bus driver make me favor and sell me one way tickets. Maybe the hotel will keep some tickets? |
