The room is amazing! And the spa, swimming pool, etc

The clean service. a few days dont get up in the cleaning room hours, but they called from reception asking about an hour to clean the room. they agree, but the clean service wasn't clean the room

Clean, modern hotel,friendly staff on the whole, excellent room, restaurant was quiet but very good, pool, steam bath etc also very good.

The hotel interior was very well presented. Rooms were superb(nice touch with the chaise lounger). Unique bathroom. The hotel location is excellent with very competent staff. And the Spa/pool are first class.

I planned staying one night,but stayed two and discovered very little difference between the on-line 'reduced rate' and the actual hotel rate. And even had breakfast added for the second morning.

The staff where excellent and also friendly,appreciated the front desk always helpful and the service with the wine glasses and the cork screw.

The wine as poured in the dining room was a little expensive and there was no cork screws in the room.

Restaurant "mosaic" was not at the level of the hotel. Atmosphere was very good, food not... Beware the argentinian beef: orrible and made me sick during the night... there are a lot of better solutions around Poznan.

Private clean quite.

Great hotel in a central location next to the main shopping centre and a short walk to the old town. We had one of the junior suites which was fantastic. We used the swimming pool and gym with were also very good. A very enjoyable stay and excellant value too.

Reception staff were excellent, very welcoming and professional - all spoke perfect English and smiled with appreciation at at my attempt to speak very basic Polish. Breakfast and the rooms were superb - a perfect City hotel, just as good as the first time I stayed, relaxing ,comfortable with all facilities including an indoor swimming pool.

Hotel is very stylish. The Junior Suite we had was good value, with plenty of space for 2 adults and one child - sleeping areas are seperate so quite private if you have teenagers. The Stary Browar shopping centre is just across the street and the Old Town & Market Square are only a short walk. Restaurant prices were reasonable.

I thought having to pay additional 50.00zl per night for parking was a bit much. The Spa was closed on the Sunday for maintenance - only advised the evening before. Also breakfast at 65.00zl is quite expensive - we ordered room service breakfast for 2 which was plenty.

Excellent shopping center next door,located 10 mins away from the old square so you could get away from the noise!

Location.

Breakfast offered, simply overpriced. Sixty (if remember well) zlotys for a breakfast is much too much for someone who's breakfast is simply a cup of coffee and a muffin.

Wonderful hotel , staff excellent!
