Location. Breakfast offered, simply overpriced. Sixty (if remember well) zlotys for a breakfast is much too much for someone who's breakfast is simply a cup of coffee and a muffin. |

The hotel was really nice with friendly staff and good breakfast. Neat and clean, very modern, nice bar. Its about a 10min walk from the town centre so not the most ideal location. The reception staff forgot about the wake up alarm so we missed our time in the spa. |

perfect luxury hotel with all comforts (including cable internet in the room) and very helpful staff. my room was at the 8th floor and with a breathless view on southern Poznan! the breakfast was too expensive in my opinion... only the last morning, very early, there was no warm water. |

The hotel is very beautiful, very good design, attention to every detail, nice staff, welcome package with a note from reception manager, free mini bar, nice SPA center, very good restaurant- both as design and quality of food/service. Definately one of the best hotels I've stayed. I highly recommend it! No.There was a kind of confusion with my booking but it was solved quickly. |

The staff was extremely helpful. All my queries were answered promptly and the service was impeccable. I really loved the modern design in the rooms. And the sofa by the window for breakfast and news paper reading in the morning is a featured I have never seen before in a hotel and is totally thumbs up! Plus the location could not be more convenient to enjoy the marvellous city of Poznan. |

Design, comfort, service (front desk and Mozaik restaurant), hotel facilities (business&welness), cleanness, complimentary policy, location. Room facilities- you don't need to have anything than your clothes and your toothbrush in your luggage: iron&ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, cosmetics are available. The room is very spacious, sound proof, user controlled A/C is available. The cleaning lady did not put on place the ironing board which I let "open". Apart of this, nothing disliked, just tiny recomendations: 1)availability of wall plug for the hair dryer in the room, 2) possibility to spread the 3 bathroom "curtains" along entire lenght of the bathroom glass wall but not only along part of it, 3) WiFi instead of cable, to ensure possibility to use internet from each... |

The location of the hotel is almost perfect. The room I was given was super, I suspect the staff seeing my needs after reading my request. And having a shower while seeing the city through the glass walls is always great! |

Location of hotel, very good and helpful staff with excellent english, quick check in/out. The room was fantastic; spacious with very comfortable bed, nice design and furnishings. The wellness suite was also brilliant. I will always check availability of andersia first for any future visits to poznan. |
