I spent in this hotel already 6 nights and I will come back again. Compared to the other hotels in Poznan (I've been in each one) has better staff, better cleaning service, better view and... A spa!

This is a very modern hotel in a great position. Worth a visit. Last time I had a upgrade room on the 9th floor. Excellent. This time I had a comfort room. Very strange bathroom in glass!! Breakfast is poor and a cappuccino sorely missed.

Spacy and comfortable rooms. Good food. very professional and extremly friendly bartender very limited number of parking spaces (no parking available at arrival) expensive upgrades minibar without content (???) transparent bathrooms are fancy, but problematic to keep intimacy.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I upgraded to a room on the 9th floor and it was truely amazing. 1 thing that would make breakfast better. A cappuccino machine. Really miss a cup of cappuccino.

We booked and specific payed for a double room and non smoking. When we got to the hotel for check in they offered us either a double room (smoking room) or a twin bed(non smoking room). And then they offered us to upgrade to a suite instead and no compensation for this, we got two vouchers worth around 20 zloty... The worst thing is that this also happened to our friends who had stayed at this hotel. They let you book a room that they dont have and they make you upgrade and pay for it. SCAM!

Very nice hotel.spacious. Nice and comfortable rooms,excellent facilities like pool,sauna...etc.Veryclose to city center.very nice breakfast.I would definitely stay in the hotel whenever I come back to Poznan.

The Executive suite and bar was fantastic and well worth upgrading too. Bar prices were extremely expensive

SPA was great also the staff. The views from the 7th floor were amazing. They had in the room a little couch through all the window which was absolutely great. The shower, there was more water outside than inside. They didn't choose the best construction for that.

Comfortable beds and good bath. Not enough lighting in business rooms. Lobby was somewhat dark and uncomfortably cold, temperature wise. Parking fee was exorbitant.

Very central. Close to shopping and transport. Fitness and spa was nice. Breakfast was excellent. Toilets is only only hidden by a glass door/wall, not very comfortable or private. I would not say it gives good value for the money.

Very beautiful hotel, very nice location and very friendly staff. The hotel rooms are very nice, but I do not recommend the design of the bathroom, the size of the bathroom is good, but the design is not good as the design of hotel InterContinental in Warsaw for example. Bathroom door is transparent glass? It's not good, also the shower, the water is going out even if u try to avoid it, but the bedroom design is so beautiful. I stayed in many first class hotels and I know how to evaluate the bedrooms or the bathrooms.
