good price and clean rooms payment needed to be done upfront at check-in very weird and unconvenient, on the last night could not get into the room, payment at check-in was not even correctly calculated, got no excuse from staff had to pay before i could enter my room again, very very unprofessional, they just don't care |

Czystość, miły wystrój pokoju i stosunek ceny za nocleg do jakości usługi.Hotel ma trzy gwiazdki i oferowany standard jest jak najbardziej adekwatny do tej kategorii. Pokój typu twin dla mnie troszke ciasny i brakowało mi w nim szafy. Restauracja hotelowa przypominająca raczej bar szybkiej obsługi - dla mnie bez "klimatu", i za szybko zamykana (o 22.30). Drink-bar hotelowy również bez "klimatu", niefortunnie usytuowany, krótko otwarty (do północy). Obsługa baru zajęta była szykowaniem restauracji do śniadania, więc nie reagowała szybko na zamówienia. Obsługa recepcji miła i bardzo starająca się, ale nie całkiem jeszcze obeznana z systemem rezerwacji poprzez booking.com |

Das Hotel ist neu, modern und schön eingerichtet. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nette und bemühte Mitarbeiter. Es ist sehr positiv, dass es eine Garage gibt. Ich hätte es vorgezogen, wenn die Schranke am Tag geschlossen gewesen wäre, und man nur kontrolliert Ein- und Auslass erhalten hätte. Es gibt dafür Monitore, aber mit einem wertvolleren Auto lieber eine geschlossene Schranke. |
