Good location. Personnel are helpful.

No Wifi. They advertise free Wifi and there was no Wifi. They said there was a problem with one of the carriers in Warsaw and they were updating their system. There is no way they should advertise Wifi if it doesn't work. I had to leave the hotel to find a place to go on-line. A huge inconvenience.

Location is good. Not far from the old town and close to the train station Warsaw Gdanska where I arrived. The staff is very helpful. A room was basic but nice and clean. In general I reallly enjoyed my first visit to Warsaw and the hotel was convenient enough for me to explore the city.

There's no currency exchange office. It's not good when you arrive early in the morning and don't have any local currency with you.

Location and good value for price/accommodation.

We've stayed at Ibis Warszawa Stare Miasto for two times. The hotel is not excellent, but nevertheless we preferred to stay here after checking all the suggestions at booking.com. Our reasons are: 1. Location is great for 1 or 2 days trip to the city - near the historical center Stare Maisto and with easy approach to other places of interest 2. The price is good 3. Good parking in the underground parking garage at the price of 60 PLN for 24 hours (you can easily leave your car in the hotel and go for a walk by foot, you don't need to take your car at check-out time)

1. The rooms need to be refreshed 2. No mini-bar 3. Not a cubby-house, just sleep, take a shower and go out

Everything was very good

Good value for money. Good breakfast. Excellent bed and shower. Good spacy room. Silence despite being on a busy road.

Few fres fruits and missing light yogurt at breakfast. One towel per person only in the bathroom.

Room average location ok

the accommodating front desk staff, the friendly restaurant . the good location because of the easy access to tram and bus stations.

Nice comfortable room, good shower, good airco. Window could be opened

Breakfast was just adequate. Bread was not fresh. Wifi in hotel does not reach all rooms! Noisy by times

The rate and near the old city

Smart, very clean and peaceful hotel, much more than two stars. Nice location next to the old city and all necessary equipment in the rooms.

The facilities were quite comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding.

It has less charm than staying in the Old Town.

That it was familiar and when you're stressed and busy, you need that.
