Cheap hotel Rooms and restaurant was good

Could be cleaner

They wanted to charge us twice for the parking, and what is more, for 4 nights, even though we stayed for 1 night only. It took me efforts to persuade the lady we stayed for 1 night. Finally she opened her book, looked at the invoice ant said everything was ok, the bill was already paid and we may leave.

Too expensive for this location and this conditions, the room is very cold. the locations is far from town. The receiptionest said that the price will cheap than bookiong.com if we call them directly, surprise!!!

Very good hotel and service for the value

Price/room is very good. Better then in others hotels where I was with more one star.

Located in the quiet sururbian area of Warsaw, it was easy to find and safe to stay. Best value for money, as we stayed there for one night only during the big football madness. Hotel's restaurant has good food with very reasonable prices, staff was friendly, breakfast for that price was very good.

The info in the room (booklets concerning the hotel, not magazines) are only in Polish - would be uselful if these would be in English. Otherwise, nothing bad to say.

The personnel there were attentive and professional. Moreover, their genuine concern for the comfort and well being of guests made me feel less as I was staying at just a great hotel, but like I was staying with friends that actually cared. They were outstanding. I will very much wish to stay at ComfortBiznes Pruszków again for my trips back to Mazovia.

Generally Hotel was ok! Price what we pay for room in case of "Flash deal" is more than adequate. Also restaurant is more or less ok, and also waitres in the restaurant was kind and responsive. + also is room size.

Very unpleasant experience was at the Easter evening, when girl from reception with a great pleasure announce to us that the billiard table was booked. When I giving her a billiard cues, to my question on how long is the reservation - the answer was a big laugh. At this evening she with his friends, who were not hotel customers, had decided to have a good time. Generally it would be not a problem, if the attitude to us was like to a customer.... I think it should no matter that you pay Flash deal or regular price, or maybe its some time a problem.

Brudne obrusy, uszkodzone pojemniki do przypraw bez przypraw, arogancja kelnerów na prośby, zimne danie. Myślę, że to brak szkolenia jest przyczyną tak niskiego poziomu usługi. Zbiór przypadkowych ludzi, którzy nagle muszą coś robić o czym nie mają pojęcia. Poplamiona podłoga w pokoju, brudna, żarówki przepalone. Jak na hotel 3 gwiazdkowy to jakaś kpina

Нормальный отель для переночевать по дороге. Соотношение цена-качество 100%. Отель нужен был для ночевки по дороге из Берлина. Удобное расположение относительно объездной магистрали.

Достаточно большой номер, около 25 кв.м., бесплатный электронный дартс, бильярд и настольный футбол в холле.

Ковролин в номере был весь в пятнах, визуально очень неприятно и грязно смотрелся. Также при заказе через букинг двухместного номера с двуспальной кроватью выдали с двумя односпальными, причём на ресепшене понятия не имели, о чём идёт речь. Отсюда вывод, или лыжи не едут, то ли со мной не всё в порядке....

Ērti atrast, atrodas pie paša autobāņa. Palikām tikai uz nakti caurbraucot, līdz ar ko svarīga bija naktsmītnes esamība, nevis tās kvalitāte.

Administratore nebija laipna. Jauna meitene, bet neeprata sarunāties ne angļu, ne krievu valodā, savukārt poļu valodu mēs neprotam. Nebija ieinteresēta, pat nesaprata, kad lūdzām parādīt, uz kuru pusi ir mūsu numuriņš. Rezervējuši bijām numuriņu ar vienu divguļamo gultu, bet mums iedeva ar divām. (nebija iespējams to mainīt tā iemesla dēļ, ka administratore neprot citas valodas). Istabiņā paklāji pleķaini, arī gultu pārvalki neizskatījās īpaši tīrāki. Otrreiz tur nepaliksim.
