Adequate for a nights stay. Rooms well worn and tired,dangerous for young children due to a low height guard (railing) on balcony 10th Floor but all lower levels were the same, only suitable for a long vacation for my Mother in Law! |

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Due to no air conditioning, windows had to be open at night with result that very noisy because of traffic. |

The hotel was very well situated on the edge of Old Town. Room was big but very basic. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The hotel was not worth the three stars it claimed it had. Could not understand the English personnel was speaking. |

delicious breakfast, good location, very friendly staff, who spoke good English (but let me try to speak bad Polish, which was nice of them) No wi-fi, parking is way too expensive, room was OK for one but urgently needs a re-style, so it doesn't feel like a hotel for party members in the Communist days |

The service,room and location were all aspects of my stay at the Ikar which I liked. No plug in the sink,no tea coffee making facilities in the room. |

Mottagande och service var bra utifrån de förutsättningar personalen hade Jag var hungrig när jag kom och receptionen hänvisade till resturangen som var tom och utan personal. Att där skulle finnas mat verkade uteslutet. Jag fick så småningom något lite att äta genom receptionens personal. Inte gott och kallt rött vin. |

Miła obsługa, położenie blisko centrum, obfite i bardzo smaczne śniadania, duży parking, czyste pokoje, bezproblemowy dojazd - zna ten hotel każdy taksówkarz Nieszczelne okna, a przez to hałas od ulicy. Wygląd zewnętrzny nie powala.. |
