Der Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf meiner wünsche voll und ganz eingegangen. Der Blick in Kultur Palast, 2 betten in Zimmer und raucherzimmer. Das was ich umbedingt wollte habe ich bekommen. Das Zimmer einrichtung (auseser Badezimmer) fand ich nicht sehr schön. Möbel passten nicht zusammen, nammen viel zu viel platz. Das Zimmer war staubig. |

Roomservice/Küche. Die Küche brauchte 3 Versuche um das zu liefern, was auch bestellt war. Entweder fehlten komplette Teile der Bestellung oder es fehlten wichtige Zutaten, wie Tomaten und Speck beim Burger... |

I liked the staff who were professionally friendly and most helpful. In choosing a hotel I tend to trust the reviews which ultimately guide my selection. I chose your hotel over other cheaper 5 star hotels because of the good reviews you receive.Your food was also good. I also have to compliment the staff on their English language,it is appreciated by clients though we may not always say so.I have stayed at many hotels throughout the world and nothing says "welcome" like a friendly smile . The room carpet was a little aged, the furnishings while old were well maintained.If your are updating I suggest a brighter carpet. This should not be viewed as a criticism , it is more of a personal observation.The Lady greeting people at the Spa massage area while most polite appeared unhappy. |

Nice room with all the commodities, the sauna, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi, the design of the hotel, iron in the room. We stayed 3 nights and after the first one, they didn't refill for coffee and shower gel and we had to ask for more. It was done very quickly though. |

Nice pool and gym location, beautiful view. We got a club room which allowed us to Eat and Drink as much as we wanted between 6 a 8 pm, great deal, also allowed you to bring a guest, loved this part. And priced real good Little decadent, Location wasnt the greatest in terms of walking around, Never found the Consierge available, For being a 5 star hotel it definately was lacking, Wi Fi only downstairs in the Lobby, we thought the room was a little old. |

The hotel was fab, staff very friendly and helpful. Great view, location and value. Very quiet and relaxing with extremely comfy bed . Will defo stay there next time. |

Upgraded to Club Room on arrival, cheap & convenient airport transfer and great room. Internet in room did not work but reception sent technican who fixed it. |
