The hotel pool in the evening is reason enough to spend a night here. There are lots of great hotels in Warsaw but none with a pool with such a great view. In the evenings, they switch the main lights off and you swim by candlelight overlooking all of Warsaw! Bliss!! Very friendly staff and very attentive at all times. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great hotel! Excellent location in city center not far from historic attractions. Modern design outside and inside. Exquisite rooms. And the best part of the hotel - swimming pool on 43rd floor with a great view over Warsaw.

The hotel was in a great location. The hot tub and pool area were outstanding. We loved the view from our room. Very helpful staff. Overall just a wonderful experience.

We did not eat the breakfast, it was very expensive. But nothing really to complain about.

very good localization - in the center of Warsaw near railway station , mall and old town with plenty of good food. the best thing is a spectacular view from swimming pool which is on the 43th floor!!! you must try it especially by night....

I liked the location and size of the rooms. The bed was really comfortable and pillow menu was a nice touch. Room service menu was also good. The bathroom and shower in the deluxe room was also lovely. The nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch too.

Everything was just great. We received free upgrade from standard to deluxe suit which had an amazing view. Most hotels have a lousy Internet connection, but this one had a great connection 35/25Mbps which many business travelers will appreciate. Spa and breakfast really made this hotel something special. It's the best breakfast I ever had in the hotel and spa with the best view. I find this hotel real good value for the money. It should be noted that hotel staff was really friendly and helpful with anything and everything.

Internet is free in lobby but 18€/day if you wanna use in your room, also dont pay with euro, first go change your money to pln otherwise you will loose :)

This hotel is just perfect. The service, the food, the comfort... everything. I strongly recommend booking a club (VIP) room with free access to the club lounge, free wi-fi and free access to the wellness center. The food is amazing, the view of Warsaw is spectacular, the city center is just a short walk away. This was my 2nd time here and I will definitelly be back!

Rooms were spacious, clean, large bathrooms, comfortable beds.

perfect club room, coffee/tea, snacks through the day, hot meals and booze from 6 pm till 8 pm.

too crouwdy in the spa

Very friendly staff. The atmosphere in the hotel. The 43th floor! We stayed already in several hotels in Warsaw, but can't deny: the Intercontinental is the best!

We liked everything, except that time went by too quickly and we regret the 43th floor didn't stay open an hour longer ;)

The best Hotel in Warsaw

Restaurant and bar too expensive. The bar staff is really unpleasant, rude and not professional. I saw them write messages on their mobile phone instead of serving the guests and reply in a bad way when someone asked courtesly to be followed. This is the 2nd time that I go to this wonderful Hotel but the bar ladies are all very arrogant at any time and with everybody. It seems that they make you a favour to serve you. It is not an optional!! They never smile and they make you feel very uncomfortable.This is the only thing that does not work in the Intercontinental that I have noticed every time but never changes.....
