My daughter and I went for a four-day trip to Warszawa and are very happy to have chosen Intercontinental for our stay. It was an excellent hotel and the staff were very helpful in every way. We chose to upgrade our room instead of paying for the use of internet. That was a wise desicion and didn't cost more than four days with internet. The room was very nice and the view was splendid. We will stay at the same hotel next time we go to Warszaw - and we will surely come back. I am a bit surprised that the internet in such a hotel isn't free of charge. That is very unmodern and almost a reason for me not to go back. It is also far too expencive to eat breakfast here. We didn't eat breakfast here one single morning. Even roomservice was cheaper. And eating at a restaurant outside (you didn't have to go far) cost us 10-15 percent of the price of hotelbreakfast. We gave the hotel a 10, but those two things were shockingly expencive.

We stayed at the Intercontinental for 2 nights with a baby, we got the 36th floor room with a view to the all warsaw city. you can see the old and the new town from that floor. The hotel is located near the Jewish Ghetto and you can go there by walking. Two minutes walking from the hotel there is a huge mall (Golden Terraces) offering well known brands and good food. .The Breakfast is rich and various and has even Sushi and Miso Soup The room has bath and shower and free wifi high speed internet and a docking station for your Iphone and Ipod, including alarm clock (It wake me up at 06:30, maybe the previous guest set it up to that time, so be aware). In the 43th floor you will find the gym and the pool with a great view to the city. Parking lot in the hotel cost 120 pln per day.

We went for my girlfriends birthday and I requested cake, champagne and flowers to be arranged for the room. Everything was arranged perfectly. The room was great and had a fantastic view. We also ate at the hotel restaurant Platter which was amazing. We just loved the stay and it made our weekend.

They treated you like cattle. It started with the door mans bad attitude when we pulled up and then got worse with every member of staff. The smell in the lobby was also terrible. We stayed in Sheraton in krakow the week before and the staff and the hotel continuously made you feel special. The only good thing is it's location and view from the pool!

Location is nice. Hotel staff - young lady - when checking out was extremely rude and slow. An otherwise OK hotel should be ashamed of having such a person employed.

The comfort, location, the hotel's facilities eg. Gym, spa pool were outstanding! I was also impressed with the staff's friendliness and the ability to speak fluent english. The flaxibility of a late check out without being charged made me feel welcomed and as in many other hotels i did not get the feeling of being rushed to leave the hotel. The price i paid for the hotel trully reflects its value. It might be expensive for some however what you pay is what you get. Finally, the ability to cancel the reservation before 16:00 at no charge was another pleasant surprice. The restaurant looked very prestigious and I was looking forward to trying the chef's breakfast specialty however as I woke up quite late I was not able to order breakfast after midday.

Wonderful view from the club room over the cultural center. Very nice SPA-area. We also had a great deal of added value to our visit from the company of the other hotel guests, and then primarily those from the Queen of the World contest!

There are only 2 things I liked about this hotel, its location and food. I didn't like the price for internet-too high. I didn't like that I couldn't use my 3G internet in my Ipad ,cause the signal was blocked-ridiculous!!! I booked the room for 2 and there was only one set of toiletries (((( And also I didn't like that the price for room excluded breakfast, which additional cost was almost 25 euro pp a day. Really disappointed.

Got an upgrade simply by asking if we could see the clock of the Palace of Culture opposite. Joanna on reception was very accomodating and made a big difference to our stay. Great location for shopping mall and restaurants. Service excellent. Fabulous views of Warsaw from the fitness/spa on the 43rd floor. Disappointed that the pool was out of order as it was the main reason for booking the hotel as it is on the 43rd floor and have wonderful views of Warsaw. However, Joanne on reception organised a bottle of wine in the room and a visit to the club lounge the 41 st floor to compensate. Excellent customer care. Pool was open the next morning :)

The Spa located on 43rd floor was a great treat, offered for free, with great opening hours (until 23 weekdays, 21 weekends). Breakfast was really good, and also offered until 10.30 which was good. Location is spot on, next door to largest shopping center and any communications you might need. Breakfast at 91Pln was slightly expensive for my taste (although it was great). No wi-fi in room and very expensive wired internet (50pln per 24 hours)

“The room was very nice, the staff were extremely polite, helpful and attentive. The hotel was quite beautiful and the breakfast was very good. They even had a bottle of vodka and champagne on hand that you could help yourself to. Novel idea! Our friends stayed at the nearby Radisson and I must say that for the same amount of money, our room was much nicer and the hotel certainly more elegant. A really great hotel!” Andrew, Amsterdam |
