My daughter and I went for a four-day trip to Warszawa and are very happy to have chosen Intercontinental for our stay. It was an excellent hotel and the staff were very helpful in every way. We chose to upgrade our room instead of paying for the use of internet. That was a wise desicion and didn't cost more than four days with internet. The room was very nice and the view was splendid. We will stay at the same hotel next time we go to Warszaw - and we will surely come back. I am a bit surprised that the internet in such a hotel isn't free of charge. That is very unmodern and almost a reason for me not to go back. It is also far too expencive to eat breakfast here. We didn't eat breakfast here one single morning. Even roomservice was cheaper. And eating at a restaurant outside (you didn't have to go far) cost us 10-15 percent of the price of hotelbreakfast. We gave the hotel a 10, but those two things were shockingly expencive.

The fantastic view! We paid a little extra for club intercontinental and got a room in 38 floor! Awsome! We also got a great breakfast and evening snack in 41 floor included. The pool in 43 floor is very nice and we just loved it!! The beds vas very hard! I do not like soft beds but this was too hard! Was like sleeping on the carpet. When we had dinner they had put to much on the bill. They corrected it imidiately. The bar also charged us twice, and that case is still not settled. Took two phonecalls + a visit to the reseption to get one extra large towel.

Even though it was for one night, my stay was wonderful. The room was very comfortable - all of it (jr. Suite) and the views couldn't be beaten! Even the bathroom was amazing and I even used the 46th floor gym for my morning jog - amazing view of the city! Unfortuanyely, my partner didn't seem to enjoy it very much - to each their own I guess. The restaurant(s) was quite expensive, so we ate out nearby and it was great. I chose this hotel because of my Priority Club membership, still waiting on them to credit me - seems that's a problem I've heard mentioned!

The twin room had big single beds. A great view. The bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. We stayed only one night so it is difficult to say anything more. Didn't even have a chance to check the spa area - but the photos sure looked impressive. I didn't like the deco of the room. I found it outdated since the hotel is relatively new. Air-con was too loud but I guess it's the price you pay in a building of that type as windows cannot be opened. There was already a desk in the room so the little round glass table seemd superfluous and crammed the space.

The comfort, location, the hotel's facilities eg. Gym, spa pool were outstanding! I was also impressed with the staff's friendliness and the ability to speak fluent english. The flaxibility of a late check out without being charged made me feel welcomed and as in many other hotels i did not get the feeling of being rushed to leave the hotel. The price i paid for the hotel trully reflects its value. It might be expensive for some however what you pay is what you get. Finally, the ability to cancel the reservation before 16:00 at no charge was another pleasant surprice. The restaurant looked very prestigious and I was looking forward to trying the chef's breakfast specialty however as I woke up quite late I was not able to order breakfast after midday.

I have stayed here a few times before; the Intercontinental offers a great hotel experience. The rooms are spacious and most offer fantastic city views. The hotel's internet service was down and although the technical staff's responsiveness was great, the solution took several hours. Even after that only part of the service was restored.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and good. Location is easy to access, and very close to main shopping center in Warsaw. It was not as I expected for Intercontinental. In warsaw, Sheraton is better to stay.

We have been in many 5 star hotels, but really this was the best of them all! The intercontinental club on the 41st floor is outstanding. Dinner, breakfast: everything was perfect!

Wonderful view from the club room over the cultural center. Very nice SPA-area. We also had a great deal of added value to our visit from the company of the other hotel guests, and then primarily those from the Queen of the World contest!

There are only 2 things I liked about this hotel, its location and food. I didn't like the price for internet-too high. I didn't like that I couldn't use my 3G internet in my Ipad ,cause the signal was blocked-ridiculous!!! I booked the room for 2 and there was only one set of toiletries (((( And also I didn't like that the price for room excluded breakfast, which additional cost was almost 25 euro pp a day. Really disappointed.

Comfort, cleanliness. Very expensive and I think too expensive room service and breakfast in the hotel restaurant, makes you feel taken advantage of.

Got an upgrade simply by asking if we could see the clock of the Palace of Culture opposite. Joanna on reception was very accomodating and made a big difference to our stay. Great location for shopping mall and restaurants. Service excellent. Fabulous views of Warsaw from the fitness/spa on the 43rd floor. Disappointed that the pool was out of order as it was the main reason for booking the hotel as it is on the 43rd floor and have wonderful views of Warsaw. However, Joanne on reception organised a bottle of wine in the room and a visit to the club lounge the 41 st floor to compensate. Excellent customer care. Pool was open the next morning :)

The Spa located on 43rd floor was a great treat, offered for free, with great opening hours (until 23 weekdays, 21 weekends). Breakfast was really good, and also offered until 10.30 which was good. Location is spot on, next door to largest shopping center and any communications you might need. Breakfast at 91Pln was slightly expensive for my taste (although it was great). No wi-fi in room and very expensive wired internet (50pln per 24 hours)

“I needed to find a place near the Hilton Warsaw and the service and ambience of the Platinum Resort was truly excellent. I had to leave very early in the morning for my flight and although there was no one at the Reception desk at the time my taxi was waiting for me. Excellent staff especially the young man acting as a bell boy. Thank you.” Maryrose, Hamrun |
