JM Apart Hotel  

I had accommodation at JM Apart Hotel on my business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and big rooms, the location in the center. Talking about the view from the 24th floor was amazing. Breakfast was good. On my way to breakfast I stoped at the front desk and I have requested an iron. By the time I finished the breakfast I had it in my room together with the ironing board. I liked it very much and I`ll definitely stay there next time.

the breakfast didnt have much choice and was expensive.

The location was close to sights and public transport was right around the corner. The best bed we've slept in. Nice view from high up. Clean and coffee/tea and kettle in the room.

The receptionists were unfriendly and were very impersonal. No was no eye contact, and interaction, they did not say thank you, no customer service skills at all. Breakfast too expensive, there's a shop around the corner. We didn't get fresh towels. The walls are paper thin and we heard other people taking showers, using toilet, and having sex.

Good location, reasonably priced, quite comfortable.

Shower did not drain properly, did not bring iron when requested.

The price was really fair compared to other 4 stars hotels.

The temperature of shower water wasn't steady... and the wall is a way too thin...

1. Staff: I've read reviews here stating poor reception staff. So when I came in and my check0in was handled very efficently by a young man (did nto catch his name, but he was working in the evening Sat., Apr.20th), I was thinking smth. Was done about it. No such luck. For the next 3 days it was back to the infamous Angelika &Co. On Monday, going to breakfast at 9:00, we asked the girls to order us a taxi for 10:30. Coming down at 10:25 we discovered, that they forgot. Then they called somebody and told us "8 minutes" and got back to chattering. After 10 minutes I asked them where is the taxi. They made round eyes. And so it continued for another 10 minutes, with us asking and them giving us strange answers, until finally they called taxi service again (I suspect it was other company) and we got our taxi. But the story continued next day! On Tue. We came down, the girls were busy with check-out. There was however a butler at the door. Hearing us discussing taxis, he told us that there is a hotel taxi available. We agreed. However the same trip we took the day before with this hotel taxi cost us twice as much - 60pln instead of 30pln. It was then that we understood the behaviour of the girls the day before - they were waiting for this hotel taxi. Sorry for the long story, but I feel it is necessary. 2. Breakfast. Very poor value for money. DO not order it if you can avoid. Actually it is a shame, as normal-time dishes at this restaurant are quite good. 3. Bathroom. Shower cabin was already worn-out (doors were falling off-hinges).

Cleanliness, hotel design, perfect value for money (45eur for a dbl room is a true bargain!)

Liked everything about this hotel. The location was close to the city centre and Old Town..a comfortable walk to both. This place offers comfort for a 2* price.

Good location, nice comfortable room, good helpful staff.

The breakfast could be good for one day, but for four days it was not big choice. The quality of the breakfast depended on the persons in the pizzeria. Two days we had cold toasts (we had asked to prepare them), cold dry omelet. It could be good to have a working table in the room.

The view from my room was great.

Internet didn't work. I asked the service for help thousands of times, but they didn't fix enything. I spent a lot of time connecting my computer and my mobile phone to the wireless network. The smell in the toilet was terrible.

very small lobby but who care about the lobby size haha, the room are fine, not restaurant around the hotel

Good Service & Clean Rooms

Room was lovely. Price was excellent. Views from 27th floor brilliant! Warm and comfy. Complementary water provided. Free Wifi in rooms. Porter opening the door for you - very posh ;) Location in the heart of the city, easy access to main city attractions.

Drilling and hammering at 7.45 in the morning! A big no no... Staff could be more friendly and attentive. Why don't they smile? The two access doors to the hotel are confusing - both have a red carpet in front but only one is open - what's the point? Open both or remove the surplus carpet.

I loved everything, stylish, excellent value for money, comfortable, extremely clean, fast free wifi in the room. I cant recommend this hotel enough.

Wonderful hotel, good location. Amazing view at the center of Warsaw from our room on 25th floor. Smoking is not allowed under fine of 1000$. Everything was clean and cozy.

Breakfast is too expensive - 10€ per person.
