Location perfect for short trip, close to transport links, sites and tour guide operator. the floor of my room was really creaky!, I had to tiptoe around for fear of upsetting other guests. |

it was close to the rail station and the market square the room were comfy and very clean i found the walls must be very thin or lacking sound-proofing and i could also hear the other rooms taps or shower running |

- Central location, very clean and modern renovated, vpolite english speaking staff, good breakfast in the amazing room like an library in the old castle :) and of course a very good value for money. So, if I ever be in Krakow again, I am going to stay there again. The shower gel in the bathroom would be nice |

mostly good. location was excellent just a couple of hundred metres from the old town. free internet. the staff had very varying degrees of english and ventillation in the bathroom was terrible. |

The staff were generally friendly. It was reasonably quiet. Nice bathroom. Breaakfast was good. Beds were noy overly comfortable. |

The staff spoke good English were very helpful and friendly. There was a relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast room was the most interesting I have been in with a theme of Magellen. Very central, ten minutes walk from the old city. Trips arranged from the hotel to important sites.Enjoyed stay! |

Very good breakfast for this hotel rate. There is no air condition in the room. To hot in the room when outside temp is very big. |

the location was perfect. Ten minutes walk to the main square. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. The main corridors and reception were very gloomy so it didn't feel like a hotel. The beds were very small. |

Ho apprezzato la sua posizione molto centrale e la bellissima sala dove fare la colazione. A noi ci hanno alloggiato al 5 piano, l'ultimo, quindi non so se è un problema che riguarda le altre stanze: mancava una finestra che dava sull esterno (la nostra dava sul corridoio del piano) così l'unico ricambio d'aria era affidato a una piccola ventola ma non è la stessa cosa. |
