The hotel is excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. It was also very close to the old town. The room did get hot and it was necessary to close the window at night owing to the noise from the street. |

la posizione centrale - central position la prima notte ci hanno lasciato senza riscaldamento (ed in inverno non è molto bello...) solo dal secondo giorno dietro nostra minaccia di lasciare la struttura ci hanno fornito una stufetta; la pulizia delle camere non è un gran che e deve essere richiesta in reception - for the first night they leave us without warmers only from the second day they give us an air warmer - room not clean |

Hotel is very close to the city centre.The rooms have nice colours of wall. The bathrooms are very good quality. A bit poor breakfast |

Staff was friendly and helpfull The room was pretty dirty, there was a huge dump on the ceiling that was dropping off and left the room even worse. The shower curtain was dump and full of mushrooms. The heating was not working, but at least they gave us an electric one. |

NIce rooms provide excellent value for money.Location was ideal just few hundred yards from the main nightlife and shopping.Communal kitchen, with internet access, was excellent meeting point for our group would definitely use again if returned to krakow. |

The town. Krakow. I was there for 4 nights without a refrigerator. There wasn't much point in having an apartment because I couldn't self cater. I reported it everyday and Reception weren't interested. |

Room was good size and modern The room was not cleaned at any time after our arrival for the entire stay. Towels and soap were not in the room upon arrival. Bed linen provided did not match size of bed. |

Location. Staff. Informality.For a 52 year young Scotsman who normally stays 4 * very refreshing. Nice young people, Nice city, Planty is unique Traffic a bit noisy, trams run all night, bit of road work ongoing |

The location of this hotel was excellent. 15 minute leisurely walk to the city square and trams close by to take you anywhere in the city. Staff very, very patient and helpful. Cleanliness was par excellence. If you are at the front the trams make a bit of a noise, but hey, you are in a city! |

Very good location on one of the main streets just outside the old town. Friendly staff. It's handy to have a kitchen. Inexpensive A very noisy room facing the street with trams and stone pavement (and thus extra noise from traffic). One must be very lucky to find a parking slot in the vicinity. An old building has a lot of charm but, inevitably, some problems. Breakfast starting at 8 am is too late for a traveller planning an early start. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Close to the centre. Awful TV - 100's of channels, but nothing to watch. Poor quality, uncomfortable bedding. |
