Location and price
Car parking is costy
Location was great and staff quite helpful. Breakfast good.
Room not serviced 2nd day, no view as requested, window unable to close so quite cold without heating on. this room did not as advertised provide a double bed but 2 singles stuck together one of which has a very uncomfortable mattress and no coffee available for breakfast on sunday and service started 1 hour late
First time in Gdansk, excellent location, staff extremely helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, street side view was nice.
The walls are paper thin so you hear really every sound from the neighbors. Also, there was lots of noise, shouting and even street fighting til very late every night. So, a "good night's sleep" was difficult. This may have been due to holiday atmosphere.
Spacious room, clean, great location, amazing breakfast
The rooms were very nice, and very clean (we had room No 43 and 44). The location is superb. Breakfast was very good. Everything about the hotel was perfect!
Nothing to complain about.
The staff are really superb here. Most helpful. We actually had our flight back cancelled due to fog yet within one call to Caroline we had another room booked and returned for a further night. Great location, showers are modern and exhilarating. The breakfast offers a true flavour of Poland and Gdansk in particular. However the stars of the show are the staff on reception and the house maids. Smiles and helpfulness in evidence. We will definitely be back given half the chance. Truly no faults whatsoever. 10/10! Romantic, lively, enthralling city - a gem in Poland and a gem of a hotel.
Nothing. Everything better than we expected.
Overall nice, clean, quiet (3rd floor). Great value for money.
Wi-Fi coverage poor/slow, needs more international tv-channels.
Practically everything was perfect, from the room's size and amenities to breakfast to location.
Breakfast and location was super!
- Nice room decor - Welcome chocolate - Excellent location - Very clean room - Air Conditioning - Safe in the room - Decent priced drinks in the mini bar - Free Wi-Fi Internet
- No plain soap and shampoo (only shower gel dispensers) - Poor lighting in the bathroom - Very poor quality of TV channels - No corkscrew in the room
The location is ideal - right after the center still without thousands of tourists gadding about day and night. Breakfast is the best we had in Poland! Fish, meat, hot dishes, a choice of fruits. A free parking is available right in front of the Kobza Haus' doors - there is no need to purchase paid parking. We are very glad we have chosen the Haus!
Mattress was too soft for me although my wife liked it - thus nothing crucial.
Location, very friendly staff, nice room. Quiet and cleen hotel.
Not very comfortable bed (mattress).
Breakfast, silence, location
no extra pillows
- location - room - very good price to value
The whole atmosphere was nice. My small room for 1 night was at the attic, but well designed and equipped, perfect place for a valuable price.
Location, it.s fairly quite, close to Old towns main street, friendly english speaking staff, nice enough breakfast buffet, great shower stall, clean and spacious room.
Air conditioner malfunctioning, too small tv for watching in bed
Location was excellent. Very good value for money.
Location, walking distance to many places. Breakfast was good and comprehensive
Weekend nights bit noisy
traditional atmosphere, the location, all
Very helpful staff, high standard hotel.
Everything was wonderful! The staff was helpful from the beginning. We were able to secure a park spot directly in front of the hotel and there is an elevator! We only stayed to nights, but had wonderful time. Room was clean, lovely and comfortable. We had only booked the room for one night; but decided to stay another night and the staff was kind enough to arrange for us to stay in the same room. You can walk to the town center and along the river to see all of the sites! The best hotel we had during our three week stay in Europe.
Breakfast was provided; however, there was an extra charge. They did provide the ability to get coffee at the desk (which had a bar); however, there was a charge.
The short walk of 2 minutes to get into old town, super breakfast buffet
If you book the standard room there is no information that it is located below the roof with out any big window.you have to up grade to get a better room ,this info hast to be better mentioned .the lobby is very poor, the is no satellite TV for international programs
Location, breakfast, quiet room/backside, they ordered us a taxi from airport and to airport, gluten free breakfast was organized
The light in toalet, not enought bright
