cleanliness, aesthetics, staff, services of the cafe/restaurant The room size and facilities slightly spartan. Public transportation to the city not easy, sounds from neighboring rooms and the corridor. |

The indoor design The pillow was much to big. To many mosquitos outside and in the room because of the need for an open terrace door/coldness during the night. |

Lovely nice clean room, enough space for the baby cot. Very friendly staff. A lot of facilities for tennis-players. Didn't like the food at the restaurant. |

very comfortable room, friendly staff and excellent tv programs in english needs new driving directions. it is a little hard to find and took extra 30 minutes. |

Bardzo ciekawy stylistycznie hotel przy kortach tenisowych. Bardzo prosto aczkolwiek w bardzo pomysłowy sposób urządzone pokoje. Oddalony od centrum lecz za to bez zgiełku i samochodów. Polecam Niewiadomo skąd czuć było lekko dym papierosowy. Prawdopodobnie zaciągala go gdzieś klimatyzacja. |

el diseño del interior,el personal realmente amable y presto a ayudar en cualquier situacion. los clientes ,probablemente borrachos,,que hacian ruido por la noche. falta indicacion para llegar al hotel.para alguien,que no conoce la zona es muy dificil encontrar el lugar donde esta el hotel. |

Vriendelijkheid en service-gerichtheid van het personeel. Eenmaal was op de avond de receptie niet bezet en hebben we een kwartier moeten wachten voordat we de sleutel van onze kamer hadden. De verantwoordelijke persoon hebben we uiteindelijk zelf in de tennishal gevonden. De volgende ochtend hebben wij dit als klacht gemeld aan de receptie. Aanvullend wil ik opmerken dat het hotel vanaf de snelweg niet makkelijk te vinden is. |
