In every business what can make or break you is the quality of service that you give, my stay was made most enjoyable by the excelent service which and my friend received. Best complement I can say is that I shall return. |

Near city center, bus and train stations. Good base at a reasonable cost. Could have done with tea and coffee facilities in the room |

Very central and very cheap you get what you paid for The hallways could be brightened up as they give the impression that the hotel is not kept very clean but the rooms are clean and comfortable |

The breakfast wasn't great in terms of selection. I would have prefered more variety of cereals as there was only one choice. |

Proximity to the Old Town. Clean and comfortable room. A good breakfast A ceiling fan or a/c is needed as opening the window lets in too much tram/traffic noise. The woman who checked me out was dismissive and unhelpful. |

Michael was very friendly and helpful . the location was good. It was easy to find our way around the city from the hotel It was in quite a busy noisy location but that was not a problem. Tea making facilities would have been nice |

Since we were only staying for 2 nights the hotel met our basic needs and it was very convenient for access to the stations and tourist area 0ur location on the 4th floor at the rear gave us little impact from exterior traffic noise and overall we found the hotel quiet. We were quite pleased with the security system employed that gave us added confidence Overall the rooms ,the building and the surrounding area were very drab.I do think we would stay here for a period of more than 3 or 4 days which should be adequate to tour Krakow |

It was fairly close to the center of town and we did not need to utilize public transportation. The walls could use a new coat of paint. The light in the bathroom was too dim. The view out our window was not too pleasant. Needed more towels (we had 4 people) The room could have had larger beds. The price per night was outrageous for this room. |
