Nice location, good price value, friendly staff, good wi-fi connection. Simple rooms but large space. Recommended for anyone especially for travellers who dont stay at one place more than 1-3 nights.

Location, very close to the Old Town. The stuff was really nice as well. It was cold in the rooms and also the main doors didn't provide enough sound proofing - we were hearing the conversations from the corridor as if the people speaking would sit next to us.

Perfectly adequate accommodation. Nice room and nice bathroom. Complimentary bottled water in room. Breakfast was adequate. Good interaction with the staff.

I liked the breakfast that was included with the room.... Did not like my location, need very quite room just came to Poland, i could here the traffic from the street, also heard the horses hoofs late at 2am... very anoying....

Good location, near to Market square, public transport and supermarkets. For what it was, the hotel was good. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the rooms be cleaned more thoroughly I.e. Under the bed, along the window sill and along ledges such as the headboard for the bed.

Hotel staff was very courteous and accommodating to the needs of the the guests. Hotel room was spacious, bathroom was large, and the shower was comfortable. The hotel room also was very clean. The location was very close to the city center, just walking distance, a couple of blocks. Great value for your money for the location. Other hotels nearby charge much more. The pillows were very thin and uncomfortable. The view from the window was the back of another house. Although the hotel itself was very quiet, the residents of the nearby houses were very loud at night.

Very clean pleasant room, freindly staff, nice breakfast, good location close to Old Town. Would stay again. The booking system really, I thought the payment had been made when I booked. I needed to catch a 10.00 flight which I nearly missed because I had to wait for a receptionist to arrive at 08.00 to take the money.

Nearby the old town and train station , my bedroom was clean and quiet! thanks; 10 minutes à pieds de la gare et à peine 5 de la vieille ville. Ma chambre donnait sur l'arrière , au calme. Simple et efficace.

Das beste an diesem Hotel ist, dass es sehr gut gelegen ist sowohl in der Nähe zum Bahnhof und Busbahnhof (zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten) als auch zur Altstadt von Krakau (zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten). Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok wobei wobei ich das Hotel wenn nur für einen Kurzauffenthalt empfehlen würde. Länger würde ich mich dort nicht unbedingt aufhalten weil die Zimmer recht einfach eingerichtet sind, teilweise nicht wirklich super sauber wenn man mal in die Ecken und da Bad schaut und das Frühstück ist recht einfach. Für uns was das alles ok weil wir nur für 2 Nächte zum Schlafen da waren und ansonsten nicht großartig Zeit im Hotel verbracht haben.

Najbardziej podobało mi się poczucie,jakby było się u siebie w domu.Poza tym nigdzie tak dobrze mi się nie spało,jak w Quest Rooms Kosmopolita.To mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu i odczucia są podobne.

Sijain oli hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaankaupunkiin ja rautatieasemalle. Huone melko suuri, samoin kylpyhuone. Muutaman yön viettoon ihan käypä edullinen paikka. Talo oli meluisa, vaikka huone sisäpihan puolella. Aamiainen ei ollut kummoinen.

śWietna lokalizacja, zaledwie 5 min spacerem od Plant. Wyposażenie hotelu było nowe, łazienka na dość wysokim poziomie wykończenia. Mały pokoik, w którym nocowaliśmy pomimo rozkręconego na maximim kaloryfera nie chciał się nagrzać. Towarzyszace uczucie zimna było bardzo niekomfortowe. Obsługa po zgłoszeniu problemu zignorowała go twierdząc, że sytuacja się poprawi. Następnego dnia, kiedy się już wymeldowywaliśmy rano dodatkow nie było ciepłej wody w łazience. Pan z obsługi zrzucił to na karb wielu osób biorących prysznic...zaś nasze problemy z kaloryferem skwitował że gdybyśmy jemu zgłosili ten problem to by nas przekwaterował I że nie rozumie dlaczego jego koleżanki tego nie zrobiły. Cóż ja tego też nie rozumiem ale więcej w tym hotelu się nie zatrzymamy.

Pokój czysty. Po 2 ręczniki na osobę, mydełka, szampony, 2 butelki wody mineralnej - nawet ręczniki do wycierania podłogi w koło prysznica :). Bezproblemowa zamiana pokoju z 2 osobowego z 2 łóżkami na większy z jednym (bez dopłaty). śNiadanie w formie bufetu - mam wrażenie, że jeść można do oporu (Pani donosiła jeśli czegoś zaczynało brakować gościom :) ). Winda w budynku to atut dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Blisko centrum - jedna uliczka od pl. Matejki. Ogólnie polecam - świetny I niedrogi hotel :) Niestety Pani na recepcji nie była w stanie nam powiedzieć czy parkowanie na ulicy jest w weekendy bezpłatne - polecała płatny parking na sąsiedniej ulicy. Zdecydowaliśmy się na parkowanie na ulicy (bo w weekendy bezpłatnie) co pozwoliło nam nie wydawać 35 zł/doba za polecany parking.

La ubicación cercana del centro de Cracovia a un precio contenido. No tiene grandes lujos pero está limpio. El desagüe de la ducha se atascaba un poco y tardaba en bajar el agua. El desayuno buffet era un poco pobre.
