Guest Rooms Kosmopolita  

We found Guest Rooms Kosmopolita after we were forced to leave the Stare Miasto due to rude staff and terrible rooms. We spent a whole day looking for accommodation for the 4 days we had left in Krakow and finally found Kosmopolita. From the beginning things were great. We got a call to make sure we could find the place, the receptionist greeted us on the stairs and when I asked about tea making facilities as there were none she gave us the office kettle. The breakfast was bread, cheese and coffee basically but since it was included in the price it was great. Friendly staff, big rooms and easy access to the square. Great. They also let me book an extra night on my own but keep the triple room for my convenience.

The last bed which I had was a little bit low and uncomfortable but it is a little niggle.

Very quiet which was good. Basic facilities. Beds very comfortable and water hot. Room warm. Breakfast monotonous but adequate. Staff on hand to refill when necessary. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Location, very close to the Old Town. The stuff was really nice as well.

It was cold in the rooms and also the main doors didn't provide enough sound proofing - we were hearing the conversations from the corridor as if the people speaking would sit next to us.

Convenience. Our second time at this hotel. Stayed there 5 years earlier.

Staff was friendly, excellent location near train station good when arriving in evening, rooms basic but clean and secure

The booking system really, I thought the payment had been made when I booked. I needed to catch a 10.00 flight which I nearly missed because I had to wait for a receptionist to arrive at 08.00 to take the money.

I stayed in hotel Kosmopolita with my family,we have stayed there before and its always a great experience. It is very close to city center , which is fantastic. Its great value for money. Staff is great. Its very clean . Beds comfortable.

מיקום די מרכזי. מלון בתוך בית דירות, חדר שירותים טוב, נראה כמו חדרי נוער, הלכו לקראתנו עם ארוחת בוקר מוקדמת ב 7 בבוקר. מחיר סביר.

Billigt og med udmærket beliggenhed. Værelset var godt og fint badeværelse.

Noget lydt. Der boede en del unge mennesker og de larmede nogle nætter.

Sijain oli hyvä, lyhyt kävelymatka vanhaankaupunkiin ja rautatieasemalle. Huone melko suuri, samoin kylpyhuone. Muutaman yön viettoon ihan käypä edullinen paikka.

Talo oli meluisa, vaikka huone sisäpihan puolella. Aamiainen ei ollut kummoinen.

Znakomita obsługa. Ponieważ spóźniłam się na pociąg i do Krakowa przyjechałam dwie godziny później, Pani z recepcji zaczekała na mnie do godz. 12 w nocy! Została dwie godziny dłużej, niż przewidywał jej grafik pracy. jeszcze raz bardzo dziekuję. S.M.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.W pokoju cicho pomimo usytuowania przy ruchliwej ulicy,po ktorej jezdza rowniez tramwaje.
