Hotel Kossak

Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Alle Zimmer sind Doppelzimmer mit sehr großen Betten. Es sind in jedem Bett 2 Kopfkissen vorhenden.

Etwas Chaos beim einchecken bezüglich einer Kaution mit Visa-Card.

Der freundliche Service des Personals, sowie die schöne Einrichtung des Zimmers. Auch die Dachterasse mit dem tollen Blick auf Krakau war echt toll.

It is a modern hotel with a great location. On a map it looks quite a walk from the square but is no more than 10 minutes. The value for money is great and the view from the roof top bar is very relaxing. The breakfast was very good but also look at the menu on the table its all part of it. The hotel is very close for a pickup point for the tours.

The A\C in the room just blows cool air and you cannot set it for proper A\C settings

Very helpful staff and also a newly fitted sauna.

The view from my window was pretty poor but i guess all rooms cannot face the front of the hotel.

Reception staff very helpful. Easy access to City and Castle which meant easy access to all amenties we required.

Choice of food in restaurant was not of the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The personnel was willing to answer every question. It was close to the center (but touristic krakow is quite small anyway)

The rooms were smaller than expected.

Truly excellent hotel, opened April 2009. Everything clean, good beds, room perfect (very noise-free: didn't hear a thing even though there were plenty of guests). Good breakfast included. They're not used to peaople having a sauna, but the sauna was good nevertheless - again clean as a spark. Good design.

The staff were friendly, but could just speak a little better English I think. All the rest was ace.

Excellent location with beautiful view to the river and the castle and easy walking distance to the city centre. New, nice, modern, clean rooms. Breakfast is excellent.

The staff at the roof terrace restaurant. They were extremely cold and distant but furthermore, they forgot to mention that you can order from the full menu of the hotel not only carpaccio. We have bben there 3 times and only found out that information afterwards.

excellent location and service

The colour scheme and general design style was good, the location excellent and views from balcony terrace and bedroom were great.

Only small things, such as bath was very slippery for shower and lights above the dining area tables were too low and obstructed eye contact with person seated opposite.

This is pretty new hotel. Excellent location and clean&modern facilities. There are public parking (quite cheap but full) area in front of the hotel. Views from the roof restaurant was excellent but on occupied for weddings in Saturday night... also music from wedding parties could be heard to the rooms until 2 am. Generally nice hotel with large rooms!

Literally everything was good. Not a single point I can complain about. Rooms are great, quiet, clean. Nice TV, free safe, nice beds. Good breakfast as well! Dont forget to order from the free menu on the table! And the view from the roof terrace is fantastic!

Good localization. You can see Wawel castle from the window or just looking at LCD screen in your room. The walking distance to Wawel ca. 2 min and to the city centre less then 15 min. Helpful personnel. Rooms are not very big but clean and cosy.
