visited the salt mines, which were absolutely fantastic, we ate wonderful food at this hotel, we also went to see Austwich which was also amazing, on arrival at Krakow airport, we were approached by local taxi driver, and we used him throughout our 5 day visit. there was nothing to dislike. ( by the way, I do not work in this hotel, I do not have any relations working here either.)

For our needs the Hotel Kossack was in a lovely location overlooking the Wawel Castle & River, 10mins walk to the square. The breakfast was plentiful & staff friendly & attentive. The reception staff were polite & very friendly, very eager to help with any questions put forward to them, they gave us a krakow guide & map and pointed out places of interest. The rooms were modern, well furnished & very clean, could not fault it. In all a very, very nice hotel. Would definitely recommend & would not hesitate to go back there again.

Modern hotel with good facilities. Excellent range of food at breakfast and choice of bars until late. Comfortable room with excellent range of toiletries and complementary water bottles, tea and coffee. Free Wi-Fi as there should be throughout the hotel, something quite lacking in many of the places we have recently visited.large comfortable bed. Really friendly staff. Overall top marks. No complaints of any kind.

The location is perfect - just 10 min walk from the main attractions and quite away from noisy central streets. I've been double charge-off - first time during booking and the second within check-out. Money was unblocked but i would not say it's very convenient.

The helpful, friendly reception staff offered us an "upgrade" of room when we arrived which was at a exceptionally reasonable rate. We accepted a suite with one of the best views in the city overlooking the castle and river. A good hearty breakfast was served each morning. The location is near enough to the main square for us to be able to walk to the Christmas markets, (10 - 15 minuutes), although travel on the local tram and bus network is inexpensive. A very good hotel for travellers like us wising to explore Krakow, Auschwitz and the salt mines over a 4 day period.

The bed and the appointments in the room were excellent. The bathroom was very nice and the products offered were excellent. Deep tubs, lovely bath gel. Restaurant at the top was very good and the view wonderful! Our room was so small we had a hard time storing our luggage, and could not get around the bed if someone was sitting at the desk. There are larger rooms but we could not be moved because the hotel was fully booked. Be sure to request a large room...and this will probably not have a view.

Excellent little hotel located at a C. 15 min walk from the Old Town's main square. Nice spacious rooms, very attentive staff, nice little bar and good breakfast. Great value for money. Try to avoid the rooms at the back on a little courtyard if you are sensitive to noise - there is a loading bay for a nearby shop/facuility which. Not overly noisy but they started early on the saturday monring when I was there
