George is the best resepsionist.
Pillows should be more hard, breakfast can be untill 11.00 on sundays.
Krackow city was fab and this hotel was v central approx 15 minutes walk. Hotel clean, food lovely. Nice atmosphere in small bar. Small boutique hotel and modern
The restaurant was excellent
Room a bit small. Unfortunately the sauna was not able to be used when we booked
The views from the hotel are superb. The interiors a little less so. Clean yes, but stylish, no.
The bar in a 4* hotel should really have a corkscrew available. Thank heavens we had one in our luggage.
breakfast, clean room, nice service
two joined beds instead of queen size makes it not comfortable for a couple
Location Price Friendly staff Good breakfast selection Spacious rooms
Friendly staff, comfortable room and bathroom, decent breakfast. Fantastic view from the cafe on top of the roof. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and a stonethrow from the Wawel hill.
Literally nowhere to park the car. The key-card door opening system is a complete disaster. The staff did their best to apologize, smile, etc but I just hated having to go back to reception 6 times during 1-night stay to get someone to open the doors for me. The reception was staffed with 1 person having to deal with several people checking in at the same time and all those who have just checked in having immediate problems with their door opening cards.
The hotel was very clean and in a perfect location near to the river and the castle. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Good location close to Wawel Castle and the river, friendly personnel, satisfactory breakfast, clean. I recommend it.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room's comfort and facilities are excellent.
Not a major issue but the night menu room service wasn't good. The food was ok, but the service wasn't so good and the order was wrong even after confirming it.
Very clean, polite staff, close to towncentre, nice view on the top floor.
The location is superb with fantastic views from suite 507. Very clean and well maintained hotel.
We booked 4 nights in a suite but people did not check out so had 1 night in standard room.
Bar very small and when we were staying in the hotel early January it was very quiet. We asked for 1 triple room and found that it was a sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable, we eventually had to pay for single room for 3rd person.
Very friendly staff and great breakfast .
The beds needed to be made better , often I needed to pull the bottom sheets and the duvet looked crumpled.
Location, although directions from train station were awful. It took us two hours! Nice bar. Great breakfast.
Wifi was very unreliable. A massage booking was changed with almost no notice and so had to be cancelled.
We spent a lovely weekend in Cracow, in Kossak Hotel which has an excellent location (just 3 minutes walk to Old Town and 1 minute to Wawel Castle). The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a great terrace on the roof of the hotel where you can have a lovely dinner with incredible view to Cracow. It would be amazing to have a breakfast during much more warmer months than January.
No dedicated parking for a car.
everything was wonderful with a well prepared and young hotel staff always willing to help you and make your stay in the hotel easy ...the location is also perfect since in a cosy walk distance you can arrive in the most touristic spots in Krakow
everything was perfect and i do recommend this hotel
First of all, location was excellent. 10 minute walk from main square and even closer to the castle. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Decor was lovely and room was very nice. Would stay again.
Hotel was very nice, with a great view on the Wawel Castle. Very close to the city center and tourist sites.
When we came for breakfast, the restaurant was fully booked and lady ask us to wait in a queue. It was already 9.30am and breakfast was served until 10am. As we were very hungry we end up picking up some food and eating it in the lounge next to reception. Restaurant staff never asked us if everything was fine and no one apologies for inconvenience. Well from the 4* hotel I would expect a bit more. Double bed was done by joining 2 single once. Also duvets were 2 single once. Not impressed.
The staff The view from the room The cleanliness The New Years Eve dinner
Bed too soft for us but maybe good for others
Had to wait for a table at breakfast
Location of the hotel, food, comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. View of Wawel Castle and river.
The hotel was situated right opposite the river and very close to town square. Walking distance to bus terminal.
Comfy beds. Friendly helpful staff. Tea/coffee in room. Good location, quiet. 10 minute walk to the old square. Good buffet breakfast. Clean spacious room. I'd definitely stay there again.
No fan working in the bathroom. Towels could be better - thin and not great quality. Not particularly white. No robes. Maybe we should have upgraded from a standard room.
The room was cosy, the breakfast very good and the staff very helpful. The location is good too, and I always enjoyed the stroll in and out of the city centre.
Not being able to open the bedroom window (on request, we finally got it open). The hotel should not advertise that it has gym facilities. I need to train as part of my job, and this will have a direct bearing on how I select places to stay. The supposed training area is simply not fit for purpose.
