The room was large, beds comfortable, free and fast Internet access in the room (cable), nice panorama from top floors Noise from the main street, the breakfast was 2 rather than 4 star (poor choice), cheap and not good coffee (tasted like Instant), I had to drink Lavazza in the bar after the breakfast. |

It was our first stay at this hotel but I am sure not our last. The somewhat post communist exterior is merely an age related crust that hides a well maintained, well managed ,disciplined, hospitable and immaculate interior that is extremely cosmopolitan, friendly and professional.Wonderful value for money. We have already recommended it to friends. Truthfully no |

No complaints, nice, clean and comfortable room. Staff polite and helpful. If might be a bit far to walk into the centre of town but there are local bus and tram stops not far from the hotel. 10 minute trip! |

3 daily courtesty buses to the city centre and back - good value for money - pool / sauna - unusual to have these at this price of hotel. Too far from city centre - got ripped off by taxi driver 34Z from station. Buses run outside hotel but difficult to use for short stays - tram half a mile away - need transport as too far from centre |

The room was nice and clean, new TV. Front desk staff was accomodating and speaks English. Building looks like a converted communist era apartment compound (especially with the wire metal fence surrounding the building, Indoor pool was not heated and the attendant was really rude, 'play area' was for older children (not my 2 year old), parking was 40 PLN per night, breakfast was 50 PLN per person (not worth it), Restaurant food was overpriced (I paid about 30 PLN for 10 peirogies that were definately from the frozen food aisle), no restaurants within walking distance, toilet was in a separate room from the bathroom which was strange. Overall, not worth the price for families. Great if you have a conference, but I could've stayed in the city for the same price when you factor parking and breakfast into the cost. |

Hotel staff at front desk were not very friendly. They seemed to be a bit too busy to give any personal attention. |

The restaurant was excellent and the staff very attentive to any questions asked. The cleaner had reported a fault with the sink and the plumber was called even though we didn't think there was a problem. Location out of the city centre and therefore even though there was a shuttle service 3 times a day it would have been nice to know how to use the bus/tram service more efficiently by general information from hotel on how to obtain tickets and what the cost was. |

Comfortable room, good breakfast. Staff at reception is a disaster - 30 min for check in and check out. At check in they couldn't find reservation then at check out they was not able to issue invoice with company name. |

we appreciated the kindness and politnessof the staff. The food was correct . we enjoyed to go to the indoor swimming pool which one is opened for an appreciable time 8h00 to 22h00.Children enjoyed playing play station in the entrance room but I regret that the playing area for children was too small . There were not also some english magazines or books for children and teenagers |

Was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Staff managed to sort out a room with two beds for us at no extra cost (originally we had booked for a double and a sofa bed) so do ask when you get there if you have done something similar. Beds were comfortable, bathroom/toilet were great, TV was good (got hooked on The Simpsons in Polish in the early hours after a night on the Zwyiec). The kettle was broken in our room. A guy had a look at it for us but couldn't sort it, even with a new one. I think our room had some faulty sockets too, phone chargers and things would only work in one certain socket. The room was unbelievable hot and dry at times. The air con is pretty naff on the coldest settings it still barely made an impact. |

The staff was very helpful and friendly, ready to fulfill all my requests. The room was clean and the breakfast super. The children's play-ground and the swimming pool were too little for such a huge hotel. The parking space should be free of charge. |

The bed and pillow were especially comfortable. The restaurant and the bar were very expensive, and the hotel was far away from anything interesting. |
