Hotel was excellent, due to our flight being early we arrived a full two hours before check in time of 2pm and we got access to our room straight away! Some reviews mention that the hotel is too far from the city centre, this is simply untrue, max 10 min walk through what always felt a very safe area we found the distance to be perfect. Hotel staff were very helpful at all times. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and good value when included in room rate. Overall a very pleasant experience. |

Liked the pool, jacuzzi and gym. The breakfast was lovely too and the staff were very polite and helpful. I did think it would be a little closer to the Square in the centre of Krakow. It was handy for Wawel Castle but not handy for the square. |

The spa is great, new gym facility. The breakfast is amazing (quality and variety). The bar is very pleasant and the service very good. We got bed yellowish bed clothes with a very intense smell of fabric that has been washed moths ago and kept in the drawer. I left a not in the reception and in the next day, the sheets were changed but similar and with the same smell. The big squared pillows were not comfortable. Difficult to have a good resting sleep. |

The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel was excellent - not too far from the Town Square, yet far enough for a little less hustle and bustle We felt the choice of menu could have been better |

The hotel is situated next to a tram stop that takes you directly into town or on to the train station. The pool and spa were open long hours and provided welcome relaxation after walking around the city all day. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and large sofa. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel very welcome. |

I got a Novotel weekend for a Formule 1 price - who could complain? This is a very nice hotel, and the room had amazing views of the Wavel castle. |

I liked the extreme politeness and friendliness of all people working in this hotel, it was very easy to get all information we needed and they showed up to be acurate and right. Just a small remark - the windows are locked and one has to ask the reception to let it open - a key is needed for it - but we were advised not to do so as there was clouds of insects eager to get in to suck our blood.But the air-condition was something we were not used to at all and my wife got cold after that. |

Location, we were lucky to get a room with an awesome view of Wawel Castle...and the breakfast was amazing! We arrived really early in the morning after a long trip, but the hotel staff were very helpful in having a room ready for us 3 hours before check in time. Not many hotels in Europe would do that for you! |

Hotel clean and efficient the staff were extremely helpful and always had a cheery smile for us. Hotel situated at good vantage point for sightseeing castle and strolling along water side. Found swimming pool / spa area dark and cold nobody about when we went down for a swim tuesday morning after breakfast. |

Very helpful and efficient staff. We appreciated the fact that they could speak English although we realise that it was lazy on our part not to try to speak more Polish. We would certainly make more effort next time.The catering was excellent. |
