we arrived at 11 in the morning and they found 3 rooms for us which was great because we had come on a early flight. we had rooms at the front of the hotel which had great views of the river and castle. this hotel will take some beeting at the price.

Location is ok, the ratio price/quality is also ok. It was quite cold in the rooms and the hotel staff was not able to solve the problem. In the swimming pool area it was cold, and the water itself in the pool was cold. More, when we called room service to order a salad, they were out of stock.

Nothing was too much troulble for staff, hotel was clean and modern and central as well as being very reasonbly priced. Hotel room was too hot, but might have been able to sort that myself if I knew how to work the air conditioning.

Nice walk into town. Good breakfast.Helpful staff.Good value lunch snacks.Swimming pool. The air conditioning was inadequate in hot weather.Although the breafast is good overall, the bacon is the worst we`ve come across -- nearly all fat ,very little lean and undercooked. Also no fried eggs.

Our room was lovely and I liked the gymn and swimming pool. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis. We felt that the meals were over-priced and not up to the standard of cuisine we experienced elsewhere in Krakow. The breakfast was especially expensive so we ate out,

The welness area is a big plus. Hotel staff was very friendly and made you feel home and welcomed. They did not clean our hotelroom for one day. On the pictures it looked luxurious but it was all made of plastic. You could lift the ceiling up in the bathroom and see the concrete, the wood was pasted against the wall in the bathroom and it was loose. Not comfortable to take a shower alone or together, you have to stand very close to the side at the back to the side. Airconditioning was loud and we didn't feel a difference in temperature.
