It was situated in walking distance of the old town Should of read the small print didn't realise we had to pay the bill on leaving had no cards, just about enough money between the three of us. |

Entrance looks modern, and the rooms are well equipped. Easy beds, but perfect for a city break in Kraków. Kraków is a wonderful city, and Hotel Atrium is good located, just ten minutes from the market square. Would stay there absolutely again. Breakfast was included in the price, just an easy continental breakfast, but definitely good to start the day with.. |

The helpfulness of the male receptionist on our quite late arrival - his advice and booking of 3 tours for us. Missed airconditioning in our bedroom. |

I like the great location of the hotel. And rooms are very clean. Breakfast that is offered is excellent. During breakfast, items were not replaced on the buffet table during the peak of the breakfast hours. Also there were no coffee cups available. I went back to my room and returned 45 minutes later and found that the kitchen staff couldn't handle the large group of people doing breakfast. |

Very welcoming staff who tried to accommodate all our needs. We were travelling with my disabled elderly father and found the disabled facilities in room 301 to be first class. Location was ideal with walking time/distance to main square with wheelchair 15/20 minutes, however 5/10 minutes normal walking Breakfast could have had a bigger selection especially fruit. New building being built directly opposite resulted in some noise starting at 7am this provided our early morning alarm call. |

Die Mitarbeitenden waren freundlich, kompetent und hilfsbereit. Die Atmosphäre war insgesamt angenehm und aufgeschlossen. Die Lage des Hotels - zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt - ist besonders für Besucher, die die Stadt zu Fuss erobern wollen, sehr gut und angenehm. Ich kann keine negativen Punkte nennen. Mir sind auch andere Hotels in Krakau bekannt, in denen ich ebenfalls überwiegend gute Erfahrungen gemacht habe. |

Отель расположен близко к старой части города, что очень удобно для пеших экскурсий. Персонал отзывчивый и радушный. Находится недалеко от ж/д вокзала. Неплохой вариант для тех, кто приехал в Краков с целью экскурсий по городу. |
