Good service , kindness, friendly approach my the only remark could be broken computer with an acces to the internet , but they promissed they would replace it soon |

The hotel is well placed for visiting the centre of Krakow, being 5 minutes walk from the old town and the railway station. The staff need to go on a customer service course. Not a word from the restaurant staff at breakfast. Everyone generally looked very gloomy. |

Location is off the beaten path, so a 10-15 walk to the city. Difficult to find (but we had a GPS, so it worked out OK). On site parking is good. Rooms are small, but restaurant and especially breakfast were very good. |

The style is very nice. Reminds comfortable country house. Breakfast was awesome: a lot of different kinds of meat, salads. Staff was very helpful, answering my questions about airport. Hotel was further from the center than I thought. But still pretty close to the train station. And there wasn't free internet, which kind of upset me. A lot of hotels have this service free. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and fresh and the location of the hotel was very central. The food in the hotel was excellent and good value for money. No tea makeing facilities in the room. The Ambulance station next door during week days could be noisy. |

We were on a sight seeing trip and found the batory ideal for that purpose.tour connection buses stopped right outside and tour tickets could be bought at reception.the hotel is most convenient to and within easy walking distance of city centre.the choice of food at breakfast was excellent however I would liked to have been a toaster available.altogheter a very pleasant stay. |

Staff very nice. Food in hotel excellent (dinners) Breakfast continental but it was good. Bit out of town it is located in residential area. Hard to find. Did involve getting taxis a good bit to get in and out of square. "Bar" closed at 10. could not chill out in hotel by night |

The hotel was relatively near to all locations. It was good that we were able to book the tours we wanted from the hotel and that we were picked up in good time for the tours. The reception staff were also very friendly I did not particularly like the fact that we were near the hospital as we could hear the sirens at all times of the night. Also, the walls were thin and one night we were kept awake by the room next to us |
