Hôtel excellent, bien situé, rénové récemment, parking gratuit et gardé, petit déjeuner exceptionnel. L'hôtel est situé juste en face d'un hôpital où de nombreuses ambulances avec sirènes se rendent chaque jour. Heureusement, la nuit, les ambulances ne font pas marcher leur sirène. |

It was very central, warm and staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and everybodys needs were provided for. My fist visit to your country and it was most enjoyable.All four of us were very happy with the service. It would have been nice if we could have had tea/coffee facilities in our room |

The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant on the first evening. My first two choices from the menu were not available. |

It is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.The food is very good,the pancakes for breakfast were out of this world.WOULD Stay AGAIN.Taxi from the airport was arranged in advance.I Can't fault the Hotel.THANKYOU |

Located near city centre and fairly near main train station, comfortable room, nicely decorated with "a spirit", very clean, well equipped, good selection of food for breakfast, combination of shower and bidet in the bathroom A larger shelf for the cosmetics and similar in the bathroom would be welcome, as well as possibility to exchange money at the reception. |

The hotel's location, just outside the Old Town, makes walking and sightseeing a pleasure late into the night; massive, hearty breakfast! Hordes of young Brits, girls actually, who were just loud at first and hysterically noisy into the night, occupying the hotel patio where cheap beer is served. |

It was a nice, clean, quiet and cosy hotel. Close to the old town and good parkingplace. The breakfast was really good. No, i would recommend it to both families and young and older couples. |

The hotel is well placed for visiting the centre of Krakow, being 5 minutes walk from the old town and the railway station. The staff need to go on a customer service course. Not a word from the restaurant staff at breakfast. Everyone generally looked very gloomy. |

Location is off the beaten path, so a 10-15 walk to the city. Difficult to find (but we had a GPS, so it worked out OK). On site parking is good. Rooms are small, but restaurant and especially breakfast were very good. |

The style is very nice. Reminds comfortable country house. Breakfast was awesome: a lot of different kinds of meat, salads. Staff was very helpful, answering my questions about airport. Hotel was further from the center than I thought. But still pretty close to the train station. And there wasn't free internet, which kind of upset me. A lot of hotels have this service free. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and fresh and the location of the hotel was very central. The food in the hotel was excellent and good value for money. No tea makeing facilities in the room. The Ambulance station next door during week days could be noisy. |

We were on a sight seeing trip and found the batory ideal for that purpose.tour connection buses stopped right outside and tour tickets could be bought at reception.the hotel is most convenient to and within easy walking distance of city centre.the choice of food at breakfast was excellent however I would liked to have been a toaster available.altogheter a very pleasant stay. |
