I enjoyed the unobtrusive but friendly service given at all times during our 3 days there and the quiet privacy of the hotel. For a small place it had a feeling of space and largesse more usually associated with 4/5 star venues. I really appreciated this. The furniture, in the dining rooms and in the bedroom-suite's salon, was somewhat heavy and shabby-genteel despite being perfectly comfortable. |

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to do anything to make sure the stay was perfect. The hotel represented good value for money and was ideally located for me. I liked everything about the hotel, but the attitude of staff was what made it so pleasurable. |

Checking out ....Nothing much.....had booked for 3 nights, only stayed one...found a better hotel at same rate Having to checking in...we were booked into the 'Annex' no words can describe the shock and horror of our first impression - ghastly ! We were given a room for the night in the main hotel - much better, but still not inviting enough to stay |

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good, but the front desk staff was superb. They spoke English well and bent over backwards to meet our every need. The location is perfect for visiting the old town center of Krakow. The noise from the street is pretty bad at night so, If that bothers you or you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. |

A better than average *** hotel at a ** price. Excellent. Did not try the restuarant apart from breakfst (cooked beakfast incl in the price). Temperature outside was -10Deg c (14f) but room was warm. WiFi in room perfect but might have been 802.11b since ok but not blistering speed. Very central but my room was quiet (internal). |

расположение,бесплатная парковка около отеля у админ попросить заполненую форму что вы житель отеля класть под лоб стекло !!! кругом 100 злотых за сутки(с экономили 1000 злотых),персонал на 5. Королевский номер двух комнатный,цена приемлема.Уборка каждый день , земена постели 3 раза за 9 дней ,полотенца и акссесуары каждый день Для экскурсий ,встречи нового года,путешественников на авто , семьей - место очень подходящее вернемся обязательно если будем в Кракове. |

Właściwie wszystko . Bardzo przyjazny i pomocny personel o wysokiej kulturze osobistej , wspaniały apartament i położenie w sercu kulturalnym Krakowa czyni ten hotel bardzo atrakcyjnym . Poleciłem go znajomym wybierającym się do Krakowa i też wrócili bardzo zadowoleni. |

Avevamo una suite ( camera da letto + salotto ) molto confortevole, due armadi nell'ingresso quindi più posto per il vestiario, un bagno spazioso; la colazione era molto ricca, il personale gentile. |

Läget var perfekt nära till allt. Rummen var stora och sängarna breda och sköna. Vi hade oväntat två stora rum. Personalen trevlig. Ja att det luktade cigarettrök i rummen. Satt sig i heltäckningsmattor, sängar och textilier. |
