I enjoyed the unobtrusive but friendly service given at all times during our 3 days there and the quiet privacy of the hotel. For a small place it had a feeling of space and largesse more usually associated with 4/5 star venues. I really appreciated this. The furniture, in the dining rooms and in the bedroom-suite's salon, was somewhat heavy and shabby-genteel despite being perfectly comfortable. |

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and willing to do anything to make sure the stay was perfect. The hotel represented good value for money and was ideally located for me. I liked everything about the hotel, but the attitude of staff was what made it so pleasurable. |

Checking out ....Nothing much.....had booked for 3 nights, only stayed one...found a better hotel at same rate Having to checking in...we were booked into the 'Annex' no words can describe the shock and horror of our first impression - ghastly ! We were given a room for the night in the main hotel - much better, but still not inviting enough to stay |

The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good, but the front desk staff was superb. They spoke English well and bent over backwards to meet our every need. The location is perfect for visiting the old town center of Krakow. The noise from the street is pretty bad at night so, If that bothers you or you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you. |

A better than average *** hotel at a ** price. Excellent. Did not try the restuarant apart from breakfst (cooked beakfast incl in the price). Temperature outside was -10Deg c (14f) but room was warm. WiFi in room perfect but might have been 802.11b since ok but not blistering speed. Very central but my room was quiet (internal). |

Läget var perfekt nära till allt. Rummen var stora och sängarna breda och sköna. Vi hade oväntat två stora rum. Personalen trevlig. Ja att det luktade cigarettrök i rummen. Satt sig i heltäckningsmattor, sängar och textilier. |

Het is een gedateerd hotel dat nog oude glorie uitstraald. Het voldoet helemaal aan zijn 3 sterren. |

Optimale Lage am Rande der Altstadt. Freundlicher Empfang und Service. Geräumige Doppelzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber Charme. Typischer Bau aus der Jahrhundertwende. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde nur zögerlich nachgelegt. |

Hotellet har meget sentral beliggenhet.Egen stuedel og stort soverom med bred dobbeltseng. Aircondition på soverom var ok når det var 35 varmegrader ute.Eldre hotell med stil og eleganse. Meget hyggelig betjening og en fortreffelig frokost. |
