Everything was in English as well as Polish, which was very helpful, as it was easy to make phone calls and get costs for the mini bar etc. Just around the corner from Rynek Glowny and easy to get to other areas.

Everything.staff were lovely,food was good and very cheap.location of the hotel is excellent.rooms were clean and very spacious.

The location was perfect, being close to the central market, close to the Galleria shopping, and close to the station.

I arrived at 10.00am, and as they had a room available they let me check in.They gave me a suite, although I'd booked a single room. No extra charge. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was quaint and charming.Breakfast was adequate. It was a charming hotel right in the city centre. Ideal for shopping sightseeing clubbing etc.It was cheap - £60 a night. I was impressed. \\It was a great choice and made for a very nice experience. Also, if you are coming to Krakow by car, it is very close to one of the most central car parks.

There was nothing that spoiled my stay

Good location just beside the Old Market Square and 5 mins walk from Train and Bus station. Good value and staff very friendly. Decor is old, but well kept. Its a bit of retro Poland when you're staying here, in fitting with the old town in which it is situated.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and location is perfect, between station and city centre. I booked a single room at a reduced rate, and was given a suite.

Can be a little noisy at night.

Everything from the first e-mail contact to make booking until last storage and release of luggage was professionally done in a friendly manner

There was nothing that we did'nt like

It is very quite despite the fact it is very close to the old town. My room was on third floor and there is a lift to go up there. Breakfast is also good.

Outside the hotel they say that the cheapest price for a room is 199 polish money, the offer for a single room was 199. So at the end of the day no offer, but rnormal price.

Not enough food for breakfast, only polish tv

The location was great and the price compared to hotels in the neighbourhood was reasonable. Everything at hand or at least around the corner. Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotels location was excelent for city centre, the new shopping mall, and train station.Staff were very friendly and accomodating.The breakfast was always lovely and fresh.

We were rather dissapointed with the overall decor of the suite we were allocated. At over £100.00 per night we were expecting clean walls and wallpaper thath did not look like some someone had walked over it. There were no pictures or mirrors hanging anywhere. If they were there it might have helped to take your eyes of the dirty walls.Overall the room looked very tired and neglected. It appeared to missed its anual make over for more than one season. We did complain and were moved on the next day. This room was better but the walls still looked like they have not seen a paint brush for some time. We were made aware of the noise level by other travellers but found it mostly anoying at 3.30am when the noise seemed to carry between the buildings at its loudest. Best time to sleep was between 4am and 9am! The television had 7 channels but all in Polish so it seems that satelite tv had not reached either the city or this particular hotel.
