The staff were all very professional and friendly. The computer in the room is useful although slow. It was possible to borrow a cable line from the reception desk for our own laptop. Wifi available in the lobby also. Coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The hotel was far from the krakow old town and it's not easily reachable by public transport. We managed to take buses to and from the hotel. There were however many transfers, waiting around especially during Sundays or after 8 o'clock. We allowed an hour to travel from the hotel to the old town each time. However, taxi I heard is cheap and probably the better way to go. |

The hotel had pc in every room (an pentium 3 but still) and internet There was no AC in the room and the traffic near hotel is quite noisy |

Nice and clean hotel/room with excellent staff. Free swiming pool and sauna with towels. Have to pay for the parking as there is no place for free parking. Hard to find, even GPS couldn't find that location, so try to follow the hotel signs in the street. |

Prices and food in restaurant are beautiful! Staff friendly! Got to ask 3 times to get iron in the room and we. As in smokers room, did not got an ashtray at all! |

The hotel was very clean and modern. Best value for money. The room is relatively large and comfortable with cozy relaxing beds Fare way from main tourist attractions especially within a very crowded traffic city |

the room and the arrival to the hotel, easy reach from the city centre discrimination between local and international visitors - local just gave back the keys and left, internationals were asked to stay to check for room completness (charges) ??? But not sufficient staff was at hand to do so quickly, and the staff being unpolite about it. So just ignore the staff when leaving! |

Although a bit out of the center, the hotel was actually quite a discovery. Spacious, stylish, clean. Excellent, certainly for business travellers. |

Excellent hotel in every aspect. Easy to find, large parking (however, no free parking options there), fine rooms. They have a PC in every room which is used for the internet, and the monitor as a TV. Choice of Linux as an OS for the PC in the room is somewhat confusing even for the experienced users. |

The staff were very helpful,the rooms were perfect. When we arrived we were given a room with 2 single beds and when we asked for a double there was no problem. The resturants dinner was gorgeous The breakfast but thats just my taste,the food all looked fresh and nicely cooked,there was a good selection but just not to my personal liking |

Een keurig, modern hotel. Ruime kamer. PC op de kamer is erg handig. Ontbijt in ruimte die niet echt een ontbijtruimte was. Erg kil en zakelijk.Groep Deense jongeren die erg veel lawaai maakten tot laat in de avond. Dit gemeld bij de receptie. Men toonde begrip maar kon er weinig aan doen. |

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, la camera bella ed accogliente, il personale perlopiù disponibile. Di bell'aspetto, sauna regolabile, e piscina con bagnino sempre disponile. Il lettino per la bimba è stato fornito gratuitamente, ed era provvisto di buon materasso. L'hotel non fornisce lo shampoo e altre cose che la maggior parte degli hotel lasciano a disposizione del cliente. Inoltre la pulizia della camera non è certo impeccabile: mosca morta in bagno (che lo lasciato lì per curiosita, per vedere se spazzavano) e moquette sporchissima (mia figlia che giocava a terra aveva regolarmente le ginocchia nere). Inoltre ho dovuto chiedere diverse volte che fosse cambiata una lampadina (mai cambiata) |

Goed hotel met uitstekende voorzieningen (zelfs gratis internet op de kamer). Ruime keuze bij ontbijtbuffet. Ligt aan een zeer drukke invalsweg van Krakau, vanwege de warmte moesten de ramen(dubbelglas) open blijven waardoor we veel hinder ondervonden van geluidsoverlast. |
