Great location for city sightseeing,adjacent to top restaurants and staff were most helpfulMost spoke good English and if any staff member was not fluent they brought on someone who was.Polish breakfast was highly appetising and room was kept very clean.Bottles of still water supplied daily foc was a nice gesture.

location location location. was a 5 minute walk to the main town square also a 5 minute walk to the train and bus stations and again a 5 minute walk to the main shopping mall. room was quite large and the bathroom had a good walk in shower.

breakfast was not great same every day and not even a toaster! room was very warm - no aircon.

The location is very good. Approx 8 mins walk to Glowny train station which gets you to the airport in 30 mins or less. The room was very clean, the bathroom was very clean also and the shower was lovely and the bottles of water were free which was a bonus. This hotel is ideal if you are coming to Krakow for a 3-4 day stay for a city break. The staff were most helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

There was no safety deposit box in the room but you could leave your valuables in the safe at reception. The breakfast wasn't great. The pillows were a little uncomfortable.

Excellent location and price. Clean and spacious rooms with a balcony. In fact spacious hotel. Reasonably priced food and drink

No air con and the temperature was in mid 30 Degrees. Breakfast staff were not as welcoming as they could be. However these are minor complaints and I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Krakov

I liked the central location & easy access; the large foyer where one could sit, relax & observe; close proximity of both bar & restaurant; cleanliness was of a high standard - especially, the bedrooms; the friendliness,efficiency & helpfulness of the staff,especially those in reception (Margaret & Yvonne in particular); also ,the house-keeper, the barman & the dining-room staff; the atmosphere was lively,welcoming & very positive - it would encourage one to return again & also,recommend friends to go & stay there too!

The only difficulty I experienced was my own fault! I booked a standard twin-room,for three nights. It was good value for money. However,when my wife & I checked in & were shown to our room we got an unpleasant surprise - the room was very small & the beds were in a line along by the wall ,not side by side. The shower & toilet were equally small. We went to reception & Yvonne arranged for an up-grade to a classic twin room for an additional charge per night. We were very pleased with this arrangement & with the efficiency & courtesy of the receptionist & the house-keeper involved. This was important. We will be returning to Krakow for a family wedding at the end of July & some of the guests have already booked into your hotel. They may have made the same mistake I made & have the opportunity to upgrade now, if they wish. Finally, I would like to see a toaster made available for guests to use at breakfast if they wish. The choice of food is very good. We don't expect a 'full Irish' just yet!!

Breakfast available till 11:00 - really appreiated that. Bathroom clean, modern, very acceptable, though a we small.
