Surprisingly good quality environment. Breakfast and bed for 65 per person for 2 nights is fantastic and so close to the main square. Good service to the outside bar! From the outside the hotel looks like a dump, which is very harsh once you are inside! |

It was very clean and comfortable, just in the middle of the city center. It took 5 minutes on foot to reach from the railway staiton. The only problem was that they didn't exept Euro for payment, insisted on taking it as Zloty. |

Very close to all amenities and easy to get around Krakow and surrounding areas. Hotel - ideal for city break in all ways. Little overrun with large groups of students but to be honest apart from a little noise, it was not a problem - and certainly wouldn't stop me staying there again. |

The hotel was overbooked for the 1st night and we had to move to another hotel for 1 night. the substitute hotel was much smaller and further out of the city so we were unhappy about this. |

I found the staff extremley helpful with any question asked. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Good location for all areas. Could have had a little more English food on the breakfast menu, but the English tea bags were appreciated. |

The location, and it was clean and modern. Breakfast was the same everyday and a bit limited to the British pallet. We stayed in the new part and think in the summer the rooms will be to hot as no air condtioning as to noisey to leave windows open. |

The location was very good and the wide open spaces of the building gave a good atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom was terrible. It resembled a cabin on a ship with its two beds in a row. The beds were extremely bad quality, poor base and foam mattress, and kept slipping out of place. The bathroom was also disgracefully small. |

The hotel is ideally positioned for a stay at Krakow close to all areas that tourists would visit. Walking distance from everywhere. no need for taxis or any additional travel other than Auschwitz which is aprox 1 hour away and the Salt Mines 20 mins, both well worth a visit |

Its friendly athmosphere and convenience to city interests. Helpfulness of staff. Breakfast buffet excellent and Dinner menu offered good selection of lovely cuisine and very good value for money. The only thing i would have liked to see would have been Tea or coffee making facilities in the room but this would not deter me from staying there again. A most enjoyable stay, thank you. |

The hotel is very near the Square. The staff were very helpful . The breakfast was excellent. While we were there a school group from Ireland were also staying at the hotel, they were a credit to their school and to their teachers. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would use it again if we came back to Krakow. |

I stayed in a Classic room with a balcony overlooking the historic centre of Krakow. The room was spacious and well appointed and quite well soundproofed. On arrival I was allocated a standard room but this was promptly and efficiently sorted out by the very pleasant duty manager at reception. Large numbers of teenage students on school parties! |
