The location was excellent. Just a two minute walk to main square. Had a twin room which was very small. The two beds were end to end and the mattress would keep sliding off the end of the bed. Was there for a stag weekend so didn't spend much time in the room but if you were staying for a week that type of room would be useless to you

A nice, lately refurbished hotel with a great location 300m from the Old City. Clean and well-equipped room (very good hairdryer!). Very good, really Polish breakfast! Generally, I enjoyed my stay. I had 1 person room - it was rather small but good enough for couple of nights. I think there is no air-conditioning, which may be a problem during hot summer.

the staff spoke good english, and were very approachable. They also were helpfull in arranging trips..We had two rooms which were very clean and modern. The hotel bar was a good place to start and finish each day and of very good value. The location of the hotel was excellent.Ther is a brilliant kiosk situated just outside the front of the hotel which was very useful selling everything from sweets, snacks toillettries etc.The exterior of the hotel was during our stay being renevated which had been highlighted by reviews prior to our stay as a little concerning. It would just help if there was an option for toast during breakfast.

The staff were very firendly, the room was clean, and the hotel was very near shopping and market square, I would recommend the hotel to friends and would have no hesitation staying again. The breakfast wasn't great and I would like more variety.

Clean, smart, good location, staff efficient and friendly. Bed comfortable. Tv not interesting for English speakers. Breakfast menu could be a bit more extensive. Bar could be a bit more atmospheric...it is a little Spartan.

We found the staff very friendly and accomodating, from the Reception Staff to the Waiting Staff. The fact we got an unexpected upgrade gave us a good feeling abouit the hotel. We thought there was a serious lack of comfort in the Public Rooms I.e The Foyer and the Bar.

“Fantastic hotel, best I have stayed in for a long time, room was excellent, breakfast was fab, staff - nothing was too much trouble for them. Location was great only 10mins walk from the Old Town and the Castle and for the evening we were just round the corner from square in the Jewish quarter that had all the restaurants. Would definitly return, thanks to the staff for a great holiday!!” Andrew, Kinross |

“The hotel was very central - walking distance to all the lovely sights in central Kracow. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable - so nice not to have a rock hard bed which is normally the case! It was really good value for money and would not hesitate to stay there again in future. Although not about the hotel, must mention that every person we met on our four day jaunt bent over backwards to help us. Our trip to Aushwitz was made very comfortable by a local taxi company who booked private guides, our follow on trip to the salt mines and could not have done more for us. Polish people fantastic - thank you.” Jill, Edinburgh |
