Les réponses à mes questions par rapport aux diférents lieux de mes rdv L'heure du petit déjeuner tardif : 7h le matin !!! 6h30 serait mieux pour ceux qui partent pour affaire, reprennent l'avion car dans cet hôtel, beaucoup d'hommes d'affaires y séjournent |

Proximité du centre ville, tarif promotionnel intéressant concordant avec l'offre internet. Possibilité de bagagerie le jour du départ, bien pratique. Personnel efficace. Propreté de la chambre. Hôtel fait d'un bloc, aucun charme mais fonctionnel (c'est ce qu'on lui demande d'ailleurs).Beaucoup de groupes mais insonorisation correcte. |

Localisation de l hotel dans cracovie ++++ et parking gardé pour la voiture Hotel bruyant le soir entre 21h et 24 h ; nombreux charters de touristes en bus et comme toujours des gens peu respectueux du repos des autres ;il suffirait d un gardien qui puisse faire observer les regles elementaires de savoir vivre et tout serait pour le mieux |

Nous avons eu la chance d'être dans une partie neuve de l'hôtel autrement l'autre partie n'est pas à recommander bien que les chambres soient au même prix; hôtel année 60/70 sans charme; seule la proximité à pied de la vieille ville est à vanter. Les travaux en cours sont quand même génants , il faut bien le dire.restaurant inaccessible à certaines heures mais les plats sont bons . Hôtel en travaux donc un peu désorganisé et bruyant à cause des travaux et réservé aux 3/4 aux groupes qui sont plutôt des groupes de jeunes et fort bruyants; nous avons dû nous manifester car il y avait du bruit la nuit dans le couloir! La présence de groupes fait que le restaurant est difficilement accessible avant 21h, sinon cela ressemble à une cantine d'école! Le personnel est débordé! |

right by the centre, clean. Hotel doesnt look much from outside but is very plush inside with classic rooms being spacious with a sofa and chairs, complimentary water everyday and breakfast served till 11 |

The hotel is located near to all imported sites.The staff in the reception were very friendly and their service were useful. Cakes & torts are missing. |

Counter staff help was excellent. Room. Street level. Very noisy. Shower handle became an issue in the very small shower. Turning around would often turn the shower off or change the temp! Would ask to see a room before booking next time. |

Very close to main square and castle/pubs/clubs/restaurants etc., excellent choice at breakfast, nice rooms. Great choice for friends or city breaks. 100% happy with this hotel. |

Rooms were excellent and location could not be better Although it said there was an English speaking channel, there wasn't - that was a drawback and breakfasts were a bit of a scrum if you didn't get there early. However, I would recommend the hotel. |

Breakfast very poor This was the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in not because of the city but the other guests in the early mornings etc it seems that there is no sound insulation lovely outside area for drinks no tea or coffee facilities in room & ideal location |

good location staff spoke good english quick at getting the electric back on after the bulb blowing a fuse. there could of been a toaster at breakfast. |
