Hotel was very clean and I saw a big correctness in keeping standard of ****hotel. The pilows was too hard and we didn't use them. In my opinion there was a little too less of sesonal vegetables and fruits in menu. And I think the cuisine might be more regional. In the room refrigirator there was a good wine but it wasnt any wine glass

The room has space and the hotel provides free wi-fi and parking. The hotel had friendly staff and the location is beautiful with nice view over Krynica however not very handy if you dont like walking very many steps in stairs to reach the hotel. Overall the our expectations was much higher than what we received. The hotel is built on a hill and looks fantastic from the outside but the inside is very disapointed. The room is very simple and have a boring design. From the bathroom we had a unpleasant smell and found a silverfish crawling on the floor. We did not feel we got the standard we paid for, there are better places in Krynica. No AC in the room, so extremly hot. Breakfast average and dinner in the restaurant was not good at all, we were served frozen potato. We had expected more. a decent hotel, but not moore.

b.Dobra lokalizacja, przestronny I gustowny pokoj (a w zasadzie dwa - 2-osobowy twin delux), smaczne jedzenie, dyskretna obsluga, sympatyczny pokoj zabaw dla malych dzieci O wyposazenie wymienione na stronach int. (Zelazko) czy tez zamowione akcesoria dla dzieci trzeba sie bylo upomniec. Szlafroki mocno zużyte (dziura pod pacha, urwana szlufka). Na prosbe o wlaczenie ogrzewania zostalismy poinformowani, ze w hotelu jest za malo ludzi. Do pokoju wstawiony zostal grzejnik (sprawny acz majacy najlepsze lata za soba). Hotel udostepnia wiate do grillowania I organizowania przyjec takze osobom spoza hotelu co skonczylo sie glosna impreza do godz 1 w nocy (mimo dwoch interwencji nie udalo sie uciszyc imprezy). Generalnie mily I sympatyczny hotel 3-gwiazdkowy, 4 gwiazdka to żart

Widok z okna na lesiste wzgórze, na którym widać było sarny. Cisza, balkon w każdym pokoju. Przemila obsługa, zwłaszcza dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Mieszkalismy w apartamencie -jeden z lepszych w jakim byliśmy. Dobra organizacja, przyjazny personel, ciekawa kuchnia. Mankamentem jest mała przepustowość wind.

Spokój,atmosfera,wygodne i czyste pokoje.Życzliwy personel,szczególnie super panie pokojowe(sprzątaczki-bardzo miłe).Ogólnie jestem bardzo zadowolony. Nie mam większych uwag,może tylko to, że boksy parkingowe są za ciasne na dwa samochody.

Wszystko idealne. Brak zastrzeżeń, może tylko większa ilość stolików dla dzieci w restuaracji oraz brak przewijaka dla niemowląt na basenie - ale to drobne uwagi nie wypływające na całkowite zadowolenie.

Wyszukane potrawy i dobry kucharz. Czyste pokoje. Grzeczny personel. cikawa lokalizacja- wszędzei blisko. Świetna sauna i bez tłoku. Kameralnie. Mały basen i w zasadzie tylko dla dzieci. Masaże niezbyt profesjonalne - siniaki. Klub nocny beznadziejny - kręcące sie dzici do późnej godziny i bardzo zimna i niesprzyjająca zabawie atmosfera

Personel na stale zatrudniony w hotelu (w okresie szczytu byly tez osoby na umowe zlecenie) jest doskonale wyszkolony i profesjonalnie wykonujacy swoje obowiazki.
