The staff was very friendly, the ladies looked really nice.Most of the staff spoke english or german. The breakfast was good, The Steak (which is not in the Menu) was awesome. The Spa area was perfect! Wifi - Quality was very unstable, minibar prices relatively high, no place to enjoy the sun

Hotel z bardzo miłą, przyjazną i chętną do pomocy obsługą. Przyjazny dla niepełnosprawnych.Na powitanie, w pokoju otrzymaliśmy pyszny prezent z kuchni hotelowej. Nie miałam żadnych problemów z ręcznikami na basenie, szlafrokami czy też środkami higieny osobistej tj. mydło, szampon,balsam do ciała. Napoje z hotelowego baru można brać do pokoi. Jeśli więc ktoś wcześniej miał z tym jakieś problemy to zostało to dopracowane.

Alter Plattenbau innen Renoviert. Spa über Weihnachten nur teilweise nutzbar. Sauna und Jaccusi wurden nur auf mehrfachen Bitten in Betrieb genommen. Wasserdruck in der 4. Etage zu niedriger, dadurch Duschbad fast unmöglich. Frühstück ohne Abwechslung, Personal unfreudlich

Przyjemny hotel z dostępem do nowych mediów. Bardzo fajny, lecz mały basen oraz jacuzi. Pokoje nie są duże, ale czyste i przyjemne. Minus to brak kosmetyków w 4 gwiazdkowym hotely: szampon, płyn, pasta, mydełko, itd. Drugi minus to dodatkowe opłaty 20zł za zabranie drinka/kawy/herbaty do pokoju.

Przemiła obsługa, czysty, ładny pokój, Skanadaliczna rzeczą jest, by w hotelu 4* (spa) pobierać opłatę za wypożyczenie szlafroka!!! W pokoju trafił nam się dziurawy ręcznik, bar hotelowy tak mały, że piliśmy drinki w holu obok wc, gdyż nie można było zabrać ich ze sobą do pokoju!!! Brak ratownika na basenie, ręczniki basenowe za pokwitowniem pobiera sie na recepcji!!! Zimna woda w jacuzzi.

Dobra lokalizacja. Przyzwoita cena. Niezły personel. Dobre wyposażenie pokoju (był klimatyzator). Hotel wykłada się na szczegółach, co razi zwłaszcza przy 4 gwiazdkach. To co mi przeszkadzało: - dość słabe śniadania, a dania ciepłe były z reguły tylko z nazwy, - konieczność płacenia za szlafrok (powinien chyba czekać na mnie w pokoju?), - brak ręczników na basenie, trzeba było pobierać je za pokwitowaniem (to nie żart), - brak obsługi na basenie i w SPA (jedna osoba robiła kilka rzeczy na raz), - dziadowskie oszczędności (nie była włączona sauna).

B. Porządny pokój, czyściutko, klimatyzacja. Trudno mieć o coś pretensję. Do mniej udanych zaliczyłbym chyba restaurację I jej poranną organizację. Z drobiazgów to trafiła mi się zimna parówka. Ale generalnie bez większych zastrzeżeń.

basen, jacuzzi, atmosfera, miła obsługa Brak szlafroków w pokojach, co przy basenie i spa powinno być oczywiste ( chyba, że nie wymaga tego kategoria hotelu). Mankamentem hotelu jest bardzo niska jakość wędlin podawanych na śniadanie. Klasyczne marketowe żelowane wędliny. Przykre jak na **** . Przebywałem ostatnio w Krakowie i w hotelu *** podawano wędliny o niebo lepsze, mające smak i zapach.
