The staff were wonderful and very accomodating. They helped us to feel at home and were there for us while we recovered from jet lag and even when we broke a tooth. The food was great and we would love to come back. We also loved the spa and it's staff. |

Standard pokoju i calego hotelu, lokalizacja oraz parking. sympatyczny personel powinny byc dwie ceny w sezonie i poza sezonem. ponadto zamykanie kuchni o 21:00 gdy wiadomo ze gosc awizowal swoj pozny przyjazd mozna bylo przygotowac chocby kanapki. Kudowa o 21 jest wymarlym miastem. Uwazam zatem, ze ten hotel to raczej wakacyjna okazja a nie nocleg gdy jest sie w podrozy. |

Podobała mi się ogólna atmosfera hotelu - prawdziwy czterogwiazdkowiec, hotel jest nowy (lub po gruntownym remoncie), nowy basen, świetne sauny, wyszukana gastronomia, bardzo łatwy dostęp-wszystko jest "pod ręką". |

Dobra lokalizacja w centrum Kudowy. Ładnie urządzony, czysty pokój. Wygodny parking strzeżony bezpośrednio przy hotelu. Gastronomia działa, jak na 4-gwiazdkowy hotel i poziom cen, fatalnie. Niedopuszczalne jest aby w hotelu tej klasy restauracja zamykana była o godzinie 22:00, a gości obsługiwał jeden, trochę zagubiony kelner (jednocześnie obsługiwał on też gości w barze zlokalizowanym poza pomieszczeniem restauracji). Tak samo źle wyglądała organizacja serwowania śniadania. Stale brakowało pieczywa i dań ciepłych. |
