Super friendly hotel! Wonderful staff, the original building, great location, amazing food, we have an evening disco. We all liked it! You can stay with dogs, supplement for them is not taken.

Check-in is only open until 22:00.

Located opposite the lake, beautiful big hotel. Great staff and nice resteraunt/bar. We had such a nice room, mediterainian style huge bed, huge room with a view to the lake.

The dinner we had wasnt very nice but that could have just been cultural differences.

We liked the location on the lake. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had many food choices and the meals were delicious.

The bathroom setup needs more detail such as towel bars and bar soap for the sink.

Disco in the hotel until 5am Sunday morning, shower did not drain away and bracket broken so had to hold shower hose, carpet dirty and stained, had to go outside of building to access breakfast room, ok in summer but would be a pain in winter.

Location - just on the bank of lake. Responsiveness of staff. Good breakfast.

EN: Room was VIP, but so unclean that i founded so many dirty, torn armchairs. this room really unworthy to be called VIP room. Bad smell of the staircase. Very light breakfast, no fruit, only one hot dish - pancakes. Room dust, greasy floors, dirty carpet. Definitely I do not recommend this hotel to others. LT: Gaila, bet užsisakius VIP numeriuką su puikiu vaizdu , gavom tik puikų vaizdą, o visa kita buvo tiek nešvaru, kad baisu buvo prisiliesti. Administratorius nesiteikė, net užeiti į kambarį pasižiūrėti. Rankšluosčiai net manau buvo neplauti, sofos suplyšusios, langai vos atsidaro. Nerekomenduoju.

Big noise from disco by night

It was very loud in the room - the room was just above a disco club.

Its already second time we stay in this hotel and very likely will come back. The rooms are very beautiful, with baldachins over beds, marble floors, cast iron bed heads and tables. Dogs are welcome. Situated on a well kept shore of a lake, there are nice walking paths. Breakfast was excellent: with that little extra that makes the difference between home made and industrial food. There is a restaurant for dinner.

Car parking is just a free space on the street, if there is any. Staff is kind but have difficulties with English, well, yes, they do try. From the reception and restaurant to the rooms there is an outside path with stairs. At night there are people drinking and breaking glass bottles. In the morning when you go to breakfast, you walk on broken glass. The cleaner comes only around 10. This happened also the previous time we stayed at this hotel, so I imagine this problem persists.

Fantastic location, near Elk lake. Nice building and rooms. Clean.

Service in the bar was pretty low level - some of girls were unkind, one of them tried to cheat us with wrong money balance. Very poor English lanuage.

Superb location, superb rooms, also good food in restaurant. Staff in reception are excellent and friendly.

If you would like to go to your rooms for example at 22.00 oclock or later with some guest for half an hour, you will not be able to take them together. One person sitting on entrance and if you ordered single room, he is shouting that it is forbidden to invite guest to the room. This I really not liked in this hotel. Absolutely not cultural man.

Big, beautiful, bright room. Room has high ceilings. Beautiful views of the lake. The breakfast was enough and good, but without white bread and green tea.

Poor sound insulation of the room walls. There in the shower is no hot water. Designed but very uncomfortable washbasin - is very splash water.

Very good location, just on the lake's shore. Good view. Tasty ciusine, indeed, and a good atmosphere in the restaurant downstairs.

Be aware of bad (rainy) weather. It can be boring to stay in such small town when it's impossible to go anywhere or enjoy a feet walk around the lake.

Sniadanie wliczone w cenę wygodne łóżka

Pokoje rożnej wielkosci; 2 osobowy bardzo mały z oknem wyłącznie dachowym, a 4 osobowy nadzwyczaj przestronny, z 4 oknami. Bardzo dobry poziom obsługi. Bardzo blisko jeziora.

Bardzo mała łazienka w pokoju 4 osobowym z kiepską wentylacją. Brak lustra w pokoju (jakiegokolwiek) Na śniadanie jest raczej niewielki wybór. Odzielne wejście od zewnątrz niż do pokoi.

bardzo cienkie ściany między pokojami- słychać każde pojedyncze słowo nawet przy normalnej nie głośnej rozmowie, trochę brudne dywaniki i podłoga

Отличный вид из окна номера на озеро.Приятный, чистый номер.Завтрак достаточный, хотя и не сильно разнообразный.

На завтрак надо идти по улице,что не очень удобно.

Zapach papierosów w pokoju i stary dywan na płytkach podłogowych

Hubane hotell, kaunis koht, meeldiv teenindus, rikkalik hommikusöök.

Duże pokoje, wygodne łóżko, świetna lokalizacja hotelu.

Hotel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, ale z tego powodu w nocy wokół hotelu hałasują nocni imprezowicze. Z tymże to nie wina hotelu. Ełk jest spokojnym i w miarę bezpiecznym miastem. Kuźnia Smaków słynęła kiedyś z dobrej kuchni. Teraz restauracja na dole choć wieczorami oblegana (głównie przez gości pijących piwo) jest już co najmniej przeciętna - mało elastyczna, potrawy niedoprawione - bardzo przeciętne w smaku, często za tłuste.
