The whole athmosphere of the hotel was comfortable. Very central to all servises.The staff were very helpful. The accommodation was excellent. I felt the the cost of food and drink was quite expensive. Beer was double the price if any bars nearby. The cost of eating in the hotel was exoensive even in european standards. |

The hotel was clean and the staff were good. The location was perfect, having such an extensive transport system right outside the hotel entrance made our stay much easier.Trams buses and trains, although we only had need to use the tram system. Just across the road at the newsagents you can buy a 24 hour public transport ticket for just over £2:00. (9PLN). |

Very pleasant staff, a beautiful and clean room, excellent breakfast, good location near bus and tram stops. I would highly recommend it. Towarowa is not the name of the bus stop. Get off when you see the colorful hotel at the traffic circle. If you stay for lunch, it is good, but very expensive. |

Hotel is well located near the main station and on the bus line to the airport. Personnel is well qualified, friendly and willing to help. Rooms are very good. |

The room was clean and nicely furnished. Although the hotel was rather far from the centre of the city, it was easily accessed with the trams/busses operating and the stops were so close to the hotel. I did not find any inconvenience staying in the hotel. The reception staff were poorly trained in comparison to the high standard of rooms the hotel provides. The safe in the room was out of order. It would be even nicer if there is a computer in the lobby for the guest to have free/easy access to internet during the stay. |
