Lack of minibar in the room, not enough resting beds in the sauna

Really, it was absolutely ok!

Well surprised, very good location, very good price. The room was warm and nice, excelent equiped.

The internet stopped several times. The signal was very poor, especially in the lobby, where I really couldn't connect my laptop. In the room was better. The taxi drivers from the front seemed decided to charge 3-4 times more the fare. I even had to be a little more aggresive with one charging me 3 times more than the normal charge according to their written on the window charge/km. According to him, 2.40zl/km for 1.9 km made 20 zl. Driver renounced relativelly quickly but for 10 zl which was however 50% higher the normal computing charge. I think they ussualy charge one person for 3 persons. The receptionist women was unable to translate for me what the receipt of the taxi was writing (she couldn't tell me what 3 J. x 1.2 zl meant) after my first trip when I realized that I was charged double than the normal fare. Very frustrating, compared to the rest what Warsaw offered me.

It was near to the office I went. Breakfast was good.

Room was to loud, the windows are old and didn't isolate well.

Within a close proximity of what we wished to see.

Name change was not notified so getting to hotel was confusing.

The beds were comfortable, bathrooms good-sized, good free internet connection, free outside parking (if you can find a spot) and the staff was very helpful.

The breakfast was good but pricey. Also, the spa center was closed for renovations while we were there but there was no mention of that on the website.

a twin room set up does not mean putting seperate sheets on the bed and leaving it in double bed configuration. thus room rearrangements had to be made before it was even close to comfortable to get personal space

Breakfast! Wow!!! The best.

Internet!!! Always problem with internet!!! Every time I'm in your hotel the internet connection doesn't work because the router is broken or for unknown reasons and when it works the wi fi signal is not strong.

It was a nice comfortable stay. That's all I look for. The staff were great.

The sauna was broken, and there was no sign up explaining why

Value for money and no- nonsese approach whcih is very good for business traveller and for short city breaks

Lifts - one didn't seem to work, waiting time in peak hour 08.30 - 09.00 very long indeed
