荷物だけでも預けようと早めにホテル着いたところ、たまたま準備が出来ていて、チェックインさせてもらった- 。トラム駅に近く、空港行きのバス停も近いので、公共の乗り物を使うことが苦にならなければ、観光にも最高- のロケーション。明るい太い通りに面しているため、夜の治安も不安は感じられなかった。インターネットはパ- スワードをフロントから教えてもらう（無料）。。スタッフも問題なし。近くにコンビニ、軽食スタンドあり。- 朝食は若干高めだが、内容は満足。部屋代の安さを合わせれば、トータルでも安いと思う 特にないが、（ミニバー用の）冷蔵庫がロックされており、使用する場合は別途申し出が必要か？ |

ユーロで予約したのにもかかわらず、ズローチで支払い、ホテル側がバウチャーを見なかったせいで、高く支払- わされた。必ず、バウチャーを見せないといけません。 正規料金を支払った。８泊中二泊分だけ。相手がきちんと分かっていないのが困った。 |

部屋はきれいで特に不自由も無く過ごせてよかった。駅から遠い気もするが、中央駅から徒歩15分もあればつ- くし、トラムにのれば二駅なので、特に問題ないと思う。 無線LANが無料でなかった。 |

中央駅からはかろうじて徒歩圏内のホテルです。ホテル前にトラム駅がありますが、旧市街を含め徒歩で移動で- きました。ホテル内の施設が充実していて、また利用したいです。部屋も広く、バスタブもついていて、料金か- ら考えるとCP良いです。 ミニバーに鍵がついていて、冷蔵庫が利用できませんでした。ミニバー利用申告の煩わしさがないことが良いこ- となのか判断が別れるところです。 |

WEB予約コメント欄に 大人2名 / 幼児2名でツインルーム手配を希望したところ、 部屋にはツイン + エクストラベットが用意されていて大変助かった。 宿泊料金はリーズナブルだが、朝食/ 駐車場料金の設定が高いと感じた。 朝食込みの設定があると良かった。 |

Comfortable and big room. The food in the restaurant is not so good. Not so many options to choose from. It is a problem to take a taxi. You must order one in advance from the main desk, otherwise can be that it takes a long time until you get a taxi. |

I thought for a 3 star hotel this place was luxury, it should be at least a 4 star. We were extremely pleased that we could check in at 7am in morning after a long over night bus ride. Price was exceptional, would totally recommend this hotel. Breakfast was fairly expensive |

The person on the arrivals counter was excellent - name, Tomak. He answered all my questions and the check in was .perfect. He sorted out some soap for me later. His English was first class. Definitely management material for your chain of hotels in the future. The room was again excellent , really classy. Thanks. |

The hotel was neat and clean with very basic facilities. The staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. It does not have a PC in the lobby for internet access and as I did not carry my laptop with me to Europe, I had to go a number of blocks to find an internet cafe. That was disappointing for me. |

The hotel is in the center of the town. I had problems with the door key. It was very inconvenient - the hotel was full, so they couldn't change the room during my stay. |
