ユーロで予約したのにもかかわらず、ズローチで支払い、ホテル側がバウチャーを見なかったせいで、高く支払わされた。必ず、バウチャーを見せないといけません。

正規料金を支払った。８泊中二泊分だけ。相手がきちんと分かっていないのが困った。

中央駅からはかろうじて徒歩圏内のホテルです。ホテル前にトラム駅がありますが、旧市街を含め徒歩で移動できました。ホテル内の施設が充実していて、また利用したいです。部屋も広く、バスタブもついていて、料金から考えるとCP良いです。

ミニバーに鍵がついていて、冷蔵庫が利用できませんでした。ミニバー利用申告の煩わしさがないことが良いことなのか判断が別れるところです。

日本料理店も近くにあり、全て良かった

The hotel was very smart looking and inviting. The rooms were well furnished and had tea and coffee making facilities/clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and plentiful. There is a large supermarket 5 minutes walk from the hotel and that it is easy to get to the centre by tram or bus. Excellent value for money and would certainly recommend it to others.

The warm buffet dinner was adequate but not over exciting and the cold buffet did not look appetising at all.

Location, tea/coffee maker in the room, free wireless Internet, free and comfortable extra bed for child up to 16 yrs old, helpfull staff, spacious and well ventilated rooms, no problems with parking - plenty of places for 50 pln in underground parking and for free nearby hotel, sauna was spacious and hot.

Fridge-minibar was locked. If you get a street side room, it could be noisy, but our rooms were ok.

Location was not optimal but only 5-10 min walk to central station.

Exelent breakfast

Front desk staff was courteous.

If you're counting on having wi-fi, which is free, understand the signal is weak and it may not work well in your room. The breakfast is not so good or worth the price. There is a bakery a few minutes away and a Wayne Coffee shop 7 minutes away. The location is not central to anything.

Very pleasant hotel to stay. Very helpful staff, comfortable and pristine clean room and good breakfast.
