Otel genel anlamiyla güzeldi, Özellikle calsianlarin kalifiye olmasi yabanci misafirlerin rahat etmesini sagliyor. Konumu cok iyi hemen onunde tramvay ve otobüs duraklari var, Zaten Taxi cok ucuz.. Temiz bir otel. Guvenligi saglam. Kesinlikle tkrar geldigimde burda kalirim. TV ve Odanin icinde cop kutusu olmamasi. |

Comfortable and big room. The food in the restaurant is not so good. Not so many options to choose from. It is a problem to take a taxi. You must order one in advance from the main desk, otherwise can be that it takes a long time until you get a taxi. |

I thought for a 3 star hotel this place was luxury, it should be at least a 4 star. We were extremely pleased that we could check in at 7am in morning after a long over night bus ride. Price was exceptional, would totally recommend this hotel. Breakfast was fairly expensive |

The person on the arrivals counter was excellent - name, Tomak. He answered all my questions and the check in was .perfect. He sorted out some soap for me later. His English was first class. Definitely management material for your chain of hotels in the future. The room was again excellent , really classy. Thanks. |

The hotel was neat and clean with very basic facilities. The staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. It does not have a PC in the lobby for internet access and as I did not carry my laptop with me to Europe, I had to go a number of blocks to find an internet cafe. That was disappointing for me. |

The hotel is in the center of the town. I had problems with the door key. It was very inconvenient - the hotel was full, so they couldn't change the room during my stay. |

We were given a warm welcome. The facilities were fantastic. My son particularly enjoyed the gym, sauna and jacuzzi. The location was very convenient. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. We found it unusual that guests were allowed to smoke in the bar and the lobby areas.Nevertheless we would recommend your hotel to family and friends. |

Nice interior, comfortable beds, tasty food (breakfast), good conditioning system and we were suprised by finding sweets on the cupboard. We chose non-smoking rooms, but we found cigarettes' smell in the rooms. |
