Aesthetically very beautiful modern apartment (on 2 levels) in a building with 24 hour reception/ security - which is 10 minutes walk from the old city center. 1. It is not part of apartment hotel - the impression I got from the website. 2. apartment is not safe for children. For example, children can fall through the railing for stair case - and the railing of the loft floor itself. 3. Current Heating system is not adequate for sub zero temperatures of Krakow in December - I understand that floor heating system has been installed but not yet commissiond |

We've spent here great time. Everything was... just like it should be. Perfect place for a romantic weekend. Very high standard and nice and helpfull staff. Very good location. I will come back for sure for pleasure as good as on business trips. |

Excellent location. Design - just great! Impossible to meet in any hotel room. Very modern. Perfect service. Brand new building. Clean. Pure comfort. (the owner already fixed the problem with hot water ;-) -all worked perfectly. For such standard in a hotel you have to pay twice as much. Highly recommended!!!! |

good location, eveything brand new and high quality though bit too industrial, not too cosy no cofee, no shampoo, too little soap, no place to hang towel after shower |

It was not at all what we expected for "luxury appartments", the hot water didn't work, the shower floaded, it was very small for 4 people and the beds were not comfortable at all (in the sofa bed was simply impossible to sleep).Addittionally it was not possible to pay with credit card (although it was not shown any comment about it) |

sehr modern, schick, betten sehr ok, für 3 frauen ideal. mitarbeiter freundlich.lage hervorragend, total unpraktisch! kein tisch! keine normalen sesseln, sehr wenig stauraum, nur ein winziger kasten, badezimmer ohne stauraum. die bewertung ist dadruch wesentlich schlechter ausgefallen, als emotionell erlebt. wir waren nicht informiert, dass man bei ankunft bar bezahlen muss und kreditkarten nur gegenaufpreis möglich gewesen wären. |

Mooi complex, zeer centraal. Schoon opgeleverd. Net nieuw opgeleverd app. Ontbreken nog de nodige faciliteiten. Erg kleine badkamer, geen zitje op terras. 1 parkeerplaats voor totale complex. |

Excellent location. Near sightseeing spots, as well as 24 hour open supermarket. / Modern facilities. Stylish rooms. Maybe we were just ignorant how apartments are. But we should have bought sponge and cleanser by ourselves. Also, you should know that towels are not changed during your stay. / Maybe too stylish. You cannot completely shut the bathroom door. Was not very easy to open the fridge. But, it was still only 2 weeks after opening. I think the owner is capable and he will fix them. |
