El espacio en la habitación

Está situado en una calle muy apartada del centro de la ciudad, (pese a que en la página web indica que está cerca) rodeado de casas viejas y un descampado. Es difícil de encontrar. La limpieza de la habitación ha sido escasa. Las toallas huelen mal y en 4 días no han limpiado el baño. El desayuno buffet escasísimo. A nuestra llegada no había nadie en el aparthotel para abrirnos la puerta y tuvimos que esperar una hora en la calle con las maletas. Además, una de las habitaciones estaba sin limpiar.

Nice, clean, large apartment, it had everything we need. It could easily accommodate 4 or 5 people, instead of two, it had extra beds and couches, so if you travel in group or with kids, one room is largely enough; you can actually save some money. Quiet area. The owner had a good level in English, which is hard to find in Poland.

Old TV with poor sound and only 2 channels (but hey, who really needs a TV?) Located on a bumpy, old, isolated road. Breakfast was somehow limited in options.

It was nice and clean. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Good value for money. Breakfast included and clean bathroom (not shared) -you wouldn't get it in the hostel. We were leaving very early so breakfast was delivered to our fridge the evening before.

Perhaps the lights on the staircase were going off a bit too quickly (timer) -I agree we shouldn't waste energy, but it was impossible to get upstairs within that time.

The room was a real suite, wih two separate rooms and a kitchen, spaceaus and homey style. The breakfast/bar/receotion area is furbished in a classic country desing, the breakfast is big and great quality, the staff is the most friendly (good English). We appreciated our stay, we wanted to stay longer - such a pity we had to contunie our road.. Thanks for everything, keep up this excellent value fo rmoney!

Nice room and the good location. The ladies were very helpful and could communicate English well.

We wanted and booked an apartment but we got a room only. Although they let us use the main kitchen, it was less comfortable this way.

Hotel znajdowal sie blisko centrum ale w nienajleprzej okolicy(ciemno bez oswietlenia), obsluga bardzo mila, sniadania w formie bufetu codziennie swieze ale bez zbytniego wyboru. Czysto w pokojach aczkolwiek nie najcieplej bylismy pod koniec wrzesnia I noce byly juz chlodne a nasz pokoj znajdowal sie w piwnicy wiec nad ranem nie bylo kolorowo.

teplota v pokoji - koncem září byla velká zima v pokoji + celém apaertmanu, na WC rozbitá toaleta, která byla nedostatečně opravená. nepřipravené mýdlo + šampon ve sprše. současně nebyly připraveny náhradní lůžkoviny / teplé /.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön eingerichtet, besitzt einen neu eingerichteten Garten für Gäste. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und sprechen gut Englisch. Das Frühstück ist fantastisch für osteuropäische Verhältnisse! Der Kostenfreie Parkplatz ist videoüberwacht. In die Stadt geht man ca 20 Min zu Fuß.

Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist nicht sehr einladend, das Hotel sticht positiv aus einer sehr tristen Straße hervor.

Приветливый предупрелительный персонал. Бесплатная парковка. Все необходимое оборудование в номере есть.

Телевизор не работал, хозяин обещал отремонтировать, но мы его остановили - смотреть телевизор было некогда.

Понравилось месторасположение отеля, 10 минут до Краковской Галереи и 15 до старого города. Тихое место, парковка рядом, неплохой интернет. Две комнаты, взрослый ребенок спал отдельно, хорошие кровати, кухня.

Скудный завтрак, в первый день пребывания предложили или сосиски, или яичницу, в последующие дни даже не заикнулись... Кроме йогурта и бутербродов ничего не было больше. На стенах была паутина, на кухне, кроме чайника и 2 стаканов больше никакой посуды. То есть покушать в номере было в принципе не возможно.
