Mamaison Hotel Le Regina Warsaw    

Location - a short stroll to the old town with lots of bars & restaurants though hotel was situated in a quiet location. Breakfast choice was excellent.

I was only there one night and literally only slept at the hotel before leaving the next morning but I found nothing untoward.

Fantastic location, 50 meters from the heart of the old town. Friendly and professional staff.

We were blown away by the genuine friendliness, helpfulness and overall service of this hotel. Both of us are often staying at hotels, but we agreed that this is the best service we have gotten anywhere in the world. We felt very welcome and were helped with any needs we had. Nothing was a trouble and everything was done with a smile

A few details like the size of the TV (its hard to see it when its that far from the bed) and some of the in room furnishes seem a bit dated, but thats it.

Noticed the "hotel cleaner" smell of industrial cleaning supplies, we like to take public transportation when we travel in order to better get the feel of the place but the staff weren't really able to be help very much with metro, tram and bus lines

Got our wake-upcall 30 mins late, and nearly missed the train to Lodz. No appology from Hotel.

The restaurant only had fixed menus for lunch. Suggestion for a la carte menu.

My room was immediately Above the lobby, on the first floor (there are only 2 floors), #122. In the evening/night you can here the low bass of the lobby hi fi system and also the Piano playing. You won't hear it if you are not very sensitive to sound but if you are...this was the only downside of my stay.

Great location on the edge of the New Town/Old Town. Great service from the staff - especially Lukas - when one of our party had the misfortune to break her ankle. The sauna and pool, although not large, are an ideal spot to burn off the vodka. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Breakfast is a bit expensive for a buffet style breakfast. This is Warsaw NOT Central London. We chose to eat in local bars/cafes

The decor is beautiful throughout. Lovely luxurious bathroom & shower with dressing gown, slippers & nice toiletries. The bed was big and very comfortable. Good attention to detail with little extras, WiFi with no password, towels & slippers at the pool, umbrella in the wardrobe, chocolates on the bed :) I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Warsaw. It was perfect for our relaxing city break

It's hard to fault by any standards and we got a great deal at the equivalent of a basic travel hotel back home. We were thrilled with our room 217. If I think hard for a negative - the water didn't drain away quickly in the shower and the TV volume would increase itself, there must've been a fault with it.
